I was extremely excited to work with this Dealership to Purchase a New Vehicle. The vehicle I was looking at is Certified 2024 with 3000 Miles on it. I was advised by Bryan that this vehicle was a Loaner V Purchase a New Vehicle. The vehicle I was looking at is Certified 2024 with 3000 Miles on it. I was advised by Bryan that this vehicle was a Loaner Vehicle, and since this was the case the price would be pretty firm ($31,000). When speaking with him, I said I would like to negotiate the price of the vehicle down, as this vehicle has been sitting since APRIL with this dealership. (I would've figured they would love to move the inventory and get rid of this vehicle but I guess they would like to sit on it further.) When finally negotiating the vehicle down slightly, I was then given the Out the Door Cost, where All of the Dealer NONSENSE/ ADDED JUNK FEES were added brining the vehicle almost $38,000! More than what the vehicle is even evaluated at Market based on its Mileage. I advised Bryan, that I would NOT be paying $3000 for a "REQUIRED" CONDITIONING PACKAGE the Dealership puts on there as this Dealership is a Franchise, making this "mandatory" per Bryan. Plus $1200 Fees that Bryan stated is to "Keep the lights on" I would also NOT be paying this, as the dealership would be making its Money from the Vehicle SALE, Not Excess FEES! These tactics need to be stopped, as this is SIMPLE GREED in regards to getting the best commission possible, while screwing over the customers at their expense, leaving the customer upside down before the even drive off the lot. I hope someone is willing to look into this as this is extorting customers, and based off other reviews, I am not the only one! BEWARE!! More
Most of the staff at the dealership was welcoming . The finance department can use a tune up. Living in a location w/ so many dealers , I knew I was in good hands. * I haven't recieved the registration email for the carjack service that's forced on us & that Mr. Garza said I would get and it has been about a month?? I’ve been a Hyundai owner for many years but it was my first time bringing my car for service at Hyundai of North Miami which I gotta say that the experience went better than expected. I was Ubered to my first time bringing my car for service at Hyundai of North Miami which I gotta say that the experience went better than expected. I was Ubered to my house since I had leave my car for service. Then since it was long to take longer then 2 days they were able to get me a loaner car which I’ve never been able to have in other Hyundai dealers. They were able to fix the problem with my car and were honest to let me know it was under warranty. I’ve had bad experiences in other Hyundai dealers were I feel they have charged me for services that could’ve been under warranty, besides other things. Overall everyone in Hyundai of north Miami were helpful and accommodating. Jorge was the main one to help me and provided great customer service. Thank you! More
