I brought my car in November for repair and had to pick it up in March because they claim i had poor maintenance on a car that I never missed a maintenance schedule but they claim in 2014 I had the oil ch it up in March because they claim i had poor maintenance on a car that I never missed a maintenance schedule but they claim in 2014 I had the oil changed a thousand miles pass the recommend time allowed however I keep the maintenance up because it was free they tried to charge me storage fee I took it back because the extended warranty company said it was Hyundai responsibility because of the recall. i never heard from anyone from service despite my many attempts. Then I received a call saying the placed a lien on my car and acquired my title without my knowledge and was trying to sell my car, then told me to get my car back I would have to pay $3500. Julianne was my service representative I had to get an attorney because of what Julianne was allowed to with the guidance from his boss and that was to illegally abtain my car More

Easy going sales team, not pushy and helpful to try to offer you a fair deal. The Salesperson Maria was great since the beginning, very attentive even through SMS before a visit in person.
