I'm very upset and pissed off with the service treatment I've received from Lehman Hyundai. I brought my car in for service on 6/23/24 and have been getting the royal run-around treatment since then. Every time I call to speak with the service advisor, I'm told that he's either busy or out to lunch and to leave a message. However, after 2 weeks of the car being at the dealership, I received a text message 2 days ago stating that the car should be ready on Saturday. Well after three failed attempts to gain any information about the car on Saturday. I went to the dealership and received more run-around treatment in person. At one point I was told the car wasn't there and I nearly lost my mind. I asked to speak to a service manager but was never allowed. So, I searched the lot to find my car sitting there untouched in the back lot. I returned how and tried calling to speak with the Service manager but was told he couldn't be located and to leave a voice message. I doubt anyone will ever contact me about this issue. I vowed to never return to this dealership again once my car is repaired, hopefully in the next month or so. WOW, I consider myself a loyal customer of Hyundai being the owner of 4 Hyundai cars. More
