Worst cmunication and service It's sad that by their body shop they have made this rating so low. The sales were great with Odel. We bought three cars, he kept us going back. Don't ever go back there for anything. So I got in an accident, and the insurance recommended a couple of places to fix it but we wanted to do it at the dealer cause we thought it would be better. Worst idea. It's been there for more than a month and it was just rear ended. But that's not really the problem. They told me it would be done in a week. And after more than 2 weeks without getting a call I start calling back and nobody picks up. Left voicemails for three days. Then I decided to call the bodyshop instead and not the guy in charge of my car. I received a call from the manager later "Steven" and he apologized and explained that the guy taking care of my car was no longer working there. I told them that I would have appreciated a call or for someone to take over his phone. He apologized again and explained the situation of my car. Told me it would be ready on Friday. This was last Thursday. I waited till Monday. Called him, Steven the manager, and nothing. Called yesterday, nothing. Just called, nothing. Worst service ever. You will not know if your car was stolen, resold, disappeared, nothing. No communication whatsoever. Thanks to Odel that I called him and helped me get ahold of him. Listen to your insurance or pick a much better place to fix your car. More

Best Service in Dade/Broward County I was extremely happy with the service I received from Alan Kahn and the Lehman Hyundai group in Miami. This was not the dealership I purchased my ca I was extremely happy with the service I received from Alan Kahn and the Lehman Hyundai group in Miami. This was not the dealership I purchased my car at and I came in as a walk in customer. I had been in a car accident earlier that day and desperately needed my car to be fixed as soon as possible. Alan and his team assured me that they would get my car fixed. About three hours later, I was able to leave the dealership with a car that didn't look like it got into an accident, but looked brand new. I have serviced my car at Rick Case Hyundai and Potamkin Hyundai and never received the service I got a Lehman. They clearly understand how to treat and retain a customer. I am very happy with my experience at Lehman and have no reason to return to any other dealership in Dade/Broward County. More

This dealer was amazing. When I first walked in I was astounded with the service. It was amazing. I don't know what happened to the guy with the most recent review, but he was wrong. I purchased a 2012, Genesis Sedan. The car had a deep scratch which was repaired by Hyundai's body shop. The work was excellent and the people in the body shop were quick, efficient and a pleasure to de scratch which was repaired by Hyundai's body shop. I told him that I wasn't comfortable with a big car. I wanted to trade it in for a more sporty ride and he suggested the Genesis Coupe. He also told me that I should keep my car for a while because, I would lose too much money. I said, if I was unhappy it didn't matter, what I lost, I just didn't want to pay more. We went into the show room to see what kind of deal we could make. I reminded him I that I didn't want to pay more money and I wanted all the financing to stay the same. There was $7,000.00 being financed on the first car at 0% interest.. We worked out a deal, I would pay an additional $3,000.00 dollars and it would be a clean trade. Nothing else would change, I would pay $3,000.00 and the car was mine. He went to Greg and spoke to him, then came back to me and said it was a deal. He would even add in the wings and tinted windows. He went back to Gregg and told me the deal was set. I told him that I wanted to give him the $3,000.00 now, but he told me it would be better to add it on to the $7,000.00 that I had financed on the car at 0% interest. I trusted him and went along with his suggestion. Gregg came over to shake my hand and then told me to follow Orlando to his office. I was told he would do the paper work. Orlando, was printing all sorts of papers, which I started to sign, I was naive and trusted the people at this dealership. I noticed that the numbers were off and I would be paying much more than the $3,000.00 I had agreed to, and now my financing was no longer 0% but it was at 4%. Orlando came up with many different explanations that never made sense to me. I went to Gregg to ask how this was happening. I made a deal and now I'm signing papers for a different deal. Gregg started to shout and argue with Odell about not being honest with me. Odell denied it and I was surrounded by several salesmen, that were curious about the commotion. I started to cry, it was a nightmare. Suddenly, they involved another man who worked in the showroom ( I can't remember his name) and he told me he would try to get me better financing. He very nicely told me to go take the car and don't worry about anything. He would get me a better deal. I asked if it was going to be the deal I made at 0% financing. He said no, I couldn't have the deal I had made. He said I could have 1.9% interest on the financing. This could have been resolved simply by lowering the amount I paid to off set the interest I would have to pay, but they wouldn't consider it. In the end the dealership would not honor the deal that was agreed to. Since I signed all the contracts, I did not know what I could do. I was sitting in the middle of the dealership crying, surrounded by all these strange men, knowing that I was being taken advantage of. It was unfortunate that Orlando wasn't there because I'm sure he would have gotten yelled at too. I felt like a fool because I trusted these people, they lied to me and they took advantage of me. I took out a check and paid the full amount, which now was approximately $13,439.00 dollars, this included the original $7,000.00, plus some new warranties, Orlando sold me in this whole mess, and the additional $3,000.00. Now, I wasn't going to pay any interest, which was the way it was supposed to be, but to pay about $13,000.00 in one shot was a big deal for me. I don't even understand why I needed all the warranties I purchased, since I thought new cars come with warranties. I left feeling like a fool who clearly was taken advantage of. This was a humiliating experience to say the least. More
I brought my Hyundai in for service and discussed possibly trading in another car for a new Hyundai while at the dealership. Although we did not accomplish the trade everyone we worked with was AMAZI possibly trading in another car for a new Hyundai while at the dealership. I will not take my Hyundai to any other dealership for service and when we are ready to get new cars we will only come here. More
I went to Lehman to by a 2012 Sonata Turbo, fully loaded. Jared Lajoie approached me, he saw me looking over all the Sonata in stock. He also realized I was eying the Genesis. As a good sales consultant he inquired as to my wants, needs & desires. I also said that I have "always wanted a Genesis,V6,LOADED" Based on what my budget was for the Sonata,Jared wanted to know if I was a little flexible, YES, well a few hours later, 2 test drives, I was able to leave with what I really wanted a new Genesis. This was only possible through the listening skills of my salesman, and the great service from Lehman !!! During the negotiation it was SHORT, I let them know my budget, also let them know that if we could not ink a deal with the Genesis I will be happy to take the Turbo Sonata home. Lehman listened and worked to make me a customer. No pressure !!! I would recommend Lehman to all my friends and family .. More
I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND LEHMMAN HYUNDAI. THE SERVICE WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL YET ACCOMODATING. THE SALES PERSONNEL WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS.
