I brought my Hyundai in for service and discussed possibly trading in another car for a new Hyundai while at the dealership. I went to Lehman to by a 2012 Sonata Turbo, fully loaded. Jared Lajoie approached me, he saw me looking over all the Sonata in stock. He also realized I was eying the Genesis. As a good sales consultant h Jared Lajoie approached me, he saw me looking over all the Sonata in stock. He also realized I was eying the Genesis. I also said that I have "always wanted a Genesis,V6,LOADED" Based on what my budget was for the Sonata,Jared wanted to know if I was a little flexible, YES, well a few hours later, 2 test drives, I was able to leave with what I really wanted a new Genesis. This was only possible through the listening skills of my salesman, and the great service from Lehman !!! During the negotiation it was SHORT, I let them know my budget, also let them know that if we could not ink a deal with the Genesis I will be happy to take the Turbo Sonata home. Lehman listened and worked to make me a customer. No pressure !!! I would recommend Lehman to all my friends and family .. More
