Great customer service from Daily Diaz-service advisor! Any time you have to have your car serviced and repaired it can be a very scary, anxiety provoking event. She was very reassuring throughout my visit. She knew right away what she thought the noise in my car was from and confirmed it with the repair crew. She identified other needs my car had and really listened to my concerns. She she promised something-she delivered. I appreciated the wonderful customer service she provided and her dedication in doing her job in a professional manor.
