Let me start by saying that I have never written a review before on ANYTHING, because I frankly don’t usually bother; however, I have had a VERY bad e Let me start by saying that I have never written a review before on ANYTHING, because I frankly don’t usually bother; however, I have had a VERY bad experience trading in my old lease for a new lease at this dealership and I feel that others should know about this experience before deciding to lease a car with this dealership. I wish that someone would have explained the following to me before I did. If I can give you one piece of advice: if you want to trade-in your car with any dealership, make sure it isn’t this one for the following reasons: • Anyone other than the secretary rarely answers their phone (I spent over 2 hrs being transferred around departments every day for the last 2 weeks) • If you happen to be lucky and someone answers the phone, they will tell you that they will call you back. • Then they won’t. • For some reason, they don’t know how to receive license plates from the state and so when they give you a temporary one, don’t expect that they will give you a permanent one within a month. I am in the middle of month #2 without a permanent license plate. When this one expires AGAIN in 2 weeks (the temps expire every month), I will have to go back and get yet another temporary license plate, until they finally get their act together and receive the permanent one. • They will lose your paperwork AND THAT HAS SERIOUS REPERCUSSIONS FOR YOU. As I said before, I traded in my old lease for a new one. They lost my paperwork somehow. They not only lost the paperwork, they also didn’t realize that they lost the paperwork. So, what happened? Well, I get Hyundai motor finance calling me everyday telling me that they will be affecting my credit because they still think that the old lease is under my name, because there is no paperwork, as far as they know, that can tell them otherwise. Would you like to lease a car and then unknowingly get bad credit for that? Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership. While they certainly know how to make a sale, they have ZERO customer service after they make the sale… and do you know what happens when you enter into a contract with a car dealership that doesn’t care about you? Well, they will ignore you and leave you to clean up the mess they made. Good luck to those that ignore this because you really will regret it. More

Beware of Dishonest "Free" Inspection Results Went for warranty work (transmission) on my Hyundai and dishonest mechanic there conducted a "free" multipoint inspection and claimed I needed i Went for warranty work (transmission) on my Hyundai and dishonest mechanic there conducted a "free" multipoint inspection and claimed I needed induction cleaning and a new cabin filter. What a joke--the cabin filter had been replaced with a new one the DAY BEFORE I went to Lehman and my car was idling fine and my induction system and car passed Goodyear's complete car inspection 4 days before, with the exception of the cabin filter (which my son replaced thereafter and the DAY BEFORE we went to Lehman). Will never go there again--I'm going to Rick Case Hyundai.. More

Don't ever go back there for anything. So I got in an accident, and the insurance recommended a couple of places to fix it but we wanted to do it at the dealer cause we thought it would be better. Worst idea. It's been there for more than a month and it was just rear ended. But that's not really the problem. They told me it would be done in a week. And after more than 2 weeks without getting a call I start calling back and nobody picks up. Left voicemails for three days. Then I decided to call the bodyshop instead and not the guy in charge of my car. I received a call from the manager later "Steven" and he apologized and explained that the guy taking care of my car was no longer working there. I told them that I would have appreciated a call or for someone to take over his phone. He apologized again and explained the situation of my car. Told me it would be ready on Friday. This was last Thursday. I waited till Monday. Called him, Steven the manager, and nothing. Called yesterday, nothing. Just called, nothing. Worst service ever. You will not know if your car was stolen, resold, disappeared, nothing. No communication whatsoever. Thanks to Odel that I called him and helped me get ahold of him. Listen to your insurance or pick a much better place to fix your car. More

Best Service in Dade/Broward County I was extremely happy with the service I received from Alan Kahn and the Lehman Hyundai group in Miami. This was not the dealership I purchased my ca I was extremely happy with the service I received from Alan Kahn and the Lehman Hyundai group in Miami. This was not the dealership I purchased my car at and I came in as a walk in customer. I had been in a car accident earlier that day and desperately needed my car to be fixed as soon as possible. Alan and his team assured me that they would get my car fixed. About three hours later, I was able to leave the dealership with a car that didn't look like it got into an accident, but looked brand new. I have serviced my car at Rick Case Hyundai and Potamkin Hyundai and never received the service I got a Lehman. They clearly understand how to treat and retain a customer. I am very happy with my experience at Lehman and have no reason to return to any other dealership in Dade/Broward County. More
Overall was a great experience, great staff and management. Already recommended friends to this place. I live over 180 miles away and can say it was worth the drive and will do it again. This dealer was amazing. When I first walked in I was astounded with the service. It was amazing. I don't know what happened to the guy with the most recent review, but he was wrong.
