There were only 2 colors available in the 2018 Sonata, which we found to be disappointing. And the maintenance/service schedule was not discussed with us, as the finance - handing us the keys process was kind of rushed. The sales associate had to follow us to a nearby gas station to buy us our first tank of gas. Seemed strange. Maybe this was because it was a rainy day, or the fact that we had been there for 6 hours already, but the process seemed unfinished in the end. Regardless, we would recommend this dealership to friends. The service department was very nice, too. More

The worst service ever!!!!!! I dropped my car off the night before to have it serviced the next day. I met with advisor Dan Jimenez. He evaluated my vehicle and asked me what the I dropped my car off the night before to have it serviced the next day. I met with advisor Dan Jimenez. He evaluated my vehicle and asked me what the issue with was. I informed him of the issues i was receiving, then he proceeded to ask me about the minor dent the hood of the car? What does that have to do with anything? First off i got into a car accident in March of 2017, we are now September 2017 therefore the minor dent had nothing to so with the reason for my visit. He proceeded to attempt to question me, basically saying if anything else physical happended to my vehicle i should notify him. In so many words, he thought i was lying. My vehicle was left overnight, i went back the next morning and my car was still sitting. I informed the advisor Dan that i was going to have my towed to another Hyundai location to be serviced. He caught a complete attitude and said "Whatever, here take it!". What type of customer service is that?? Especially for someome who has been in the business for "30years". This has been the worst expierence i have ever had with any auto service! Im currently at another Hyundai location, they took my vehicle right away! More
