The only contact I have is with the telephone operator who was very slow ad delayed us up to 15 minutes to answer. the service rep.(Ariel) who was very good and professional, but restricted to obtain fast who was very slow ad delayed us up to 15 minutes to answer. the service rep.(Ariel) who was very good and professional, but restricted to obtain fast results due to Hyundai management ineffective procedures and the service manager (Mike) who as Ariel could not resolve the issue. As a result, after approximately 10 days, we still are without our car (a Sonata 2021) although thanks to Ariel and Mike they provided a rented small compact (Venue), because a malfunctioning of a part that Hyundai has not been able to obtain and replace in our car. We hope that Hyundai would be able to solve this problem soon and provide us with the car that we leased, as we have enjoyed for so many yeats (over 15 years) Thanks for caring and again hope you could do something soon.
