I went to refinance my Hyundai Santa Cruz today at a bank and was shocked at the additional charges this Santiago finance manager charged me for. THE BANK WAS SHOCKED. These are: TIRES AND WHEELS - $620 K and was shocked at the additional charges this Santiago finance manager charged me for. THE BANK WAS SHOCKED. These are: TIRES AND WHEELS - $620 Key replacement - $429 Permanent plate - $997 VSC - $2,492 Private tag agency - $434 Mr. Owner or manager, the BANK IS ASKING YOU TO REFUND ME MY Money WITH THE EXTRA STUFF YOU ADDED ON.. IM PAYING $1019. THAT IS WHAT RHE SANTIAGO FINANCE GUY ADDED ON TO RHE TOTAL. I NEED A PHONE CALL FROM A MANAGER OR OWNER TOMORROW. I received great service from Jorge Munoz Rodriguez in service, this last visit was the 3rd time he took care of our Santa Fe and as always it was great. I am very happy and every time I have an issue h service, this last visit was the 3rd time he took care of our Santa Fe and as always it was great.
