Hyundai of North Miami has been the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I was an out of state CASH buyer who was told that the only way the car could be purchased was their loan program. I have ever had with a dealership. I was an out of state CASH buyer who was told that the only way the car could be purchased was their loan program. I objected and asked for a CASH purchase for the next three weeks. The car had not been purchase in that time. They then came back to me and said they would sell me the car in a CASH purchase. Purchase papers were signed on October 5th. Money was wired. I asked for a wire confirmation receipt from dealership after the money had arrived and was denied. I asked for a date when the car would be readied for pickup and truck transfer. I was delayed for a week and a half. The car was picked up and delivered to me. A paper temporary two week license tag was provided with the expectation that license plates would soon follow. I called several times asking for new temporary tags only to be frustrated with long waits on the phone, exasperating transfers to different departments, disconnects and rediallings to resolve the issue of driving without valid license tags. Two weeks later I finally received temporary tags that would last for 60 days. During all of this time I continued, with frustration, to ask for the Title of the car. During this time I received my License Plates on December 16th, 75 days after the purchase date. It wasn't until January 11th 2025 that I finally received my Title. During all of this time promises were made, contact with the correct department within the dealership would be following up on the after sale processing. Lots of delays, mis communication, lack of professionalism, lots of deceit and broken promises. Hyundai of North America would not help in any way. Complaints were made to the Florida State Department of Motor Vehicles with some help into an investigation that pressured the processing of my license plates and ultimately my title to the car. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR FROM HYUNDAI OF NORTH MIAMI. In comparison their dealership fees were twice that of other dealerships in the Miami area. What turned out to be a good deal on a slightly used Tucson Limited was sadly diminished by frustration, delays, inflated fees, broken promises and poor professionalism. More

Everything went super smooth and I was out of the dealer with a new 0% apr financed car and a trade in finalized in less than an hour and a half. Having everything pre researched (ie. all the car features, trim desired etc) helped make the deal in no time. The finance manager Santiago was also a pleasure, not trying to push us for any add ons, gave us great info con how to get our previous cars GAP return for ending the financing early and got us approved and out in no time. I was already coming here for service on my Hyundai and now as long as they keep running a no xx straigthforward deals with sales ppl like Eunice they have a customer for life in me for any future car purchases.
