Jason was professional and very informative of all steps and found a sales rep just the same Guillermo. They were not pushy but he was very informative. We went in to see a Santa Fe 2024 SEL white or black with no intentions to give money down. After I saw a car that Guillermo showed us everything changed. We got a Silver limited and gave money down. Misha finance lady was also a pleasure and professional and super informative. From the beginning to the end I was WOWed by everyone. Let's not stop there, the car we bought had just arrived so Jason and Guillermo gave us a loaner told us to go home and they brought the new car to our home the next day. I will recommend this dealer and the crew that helped us always. We went to Doral Hyundai the day before and they lost our business because of there arrogance and no care and lost the business by 2000.00 and it was not even a limited it was the sel. Well at first when my partner and walked in, we weren't greeted at all from outside to inside not one agent cared to even say a word to my partner and I. We ran into Francis outside and she was actually he greeted at all from outside to inside not one agent cared to even say a word to my partner and I. We ran into Francis outside and she was actually helping another family however still took the time to give us a warm welcome and asked if we've been helped yet and that's when we knew we found our sales person. Dealer Price was grossly misleading. They had added a couple of after market features, which could not be removed from the cars or the quote.
