Not truthful. I was definitely mislead into adding extra stuff that I did not need. I'm very upset and pissed off with the service treatment I've received from Lehman Hyundai. I brought my car in for service on 6/23/24 and have been getting the royal run-around treatment since then. Every time I call to speak with the service advisor, I'm told that he's either busy or out to lunch and to leave a message. However, after 2 weeks of the car being at the dealership, I received a text message 2 days ago stating that the car should be ready on Saturday. Well after three failed attempts to gain any information about the car on Saturday. I went to the dealership and received more run-around treatment in person. At one point I was told the car wasn't there and I nearly lost my mind. I asked to speak to a service manager but was never allowed. So, I searched the lot to find my car sitting there untouched in the back lot. I returned how and tried calling to speak with the Service manager but was told he couldn't be located and to leave a voice message. I doubt anyone will ever contact me about this issue. I vowed to never return to this dealership again once my car is repaired, hopefully in the next month or so. WOW, I consider myself a loyal customer of Hyundai being the owner of 4 Hyundai cars. More
I was extremely excited to work with this Dealership to Purchase a New Vehicle. The vehicle I was looking at is Certified 2024 with 3000 Miles on it. I was advised by Bryan that this vehicle was a Loaner V Purchase a New Vehicle. The vehicle I was looking at is Certified 2024 with 3000 Miles on it. I was advised by Bryan that this vehicle was a Loaner Vehicle, and since this was the case the price would be pretty firm ($31,000). When speaking with him, I said I would like to negotiate the price of the vehicle down, as this vehicle has been sitting since APRIL with this dealership. (I would've figured they would love to move the inventory and get rid of this vehicle but I guess they would like to sit on it further.) When finally negotiating the vehicle down slightly, I was then given the Out the Door Cost, where All of the Dealer NONSENSE/ ADDED JUNK FEES were added brining the vehicle almost $38,000! More than what the vehicle is even evaluated at Market based on its Mileage. I advised Bryan, that I would NOT be paying $3000 for a "REQUIRED" CONDITIONING PACKAGE the Dealership puts on there as this Dealership is a Franchise, making this "mandatory" per Bryan. Plus $1200 Fees that Bryan stated is to "Keep the lights on" I would also NOT be paying this, as the dealership would be making its Money from the Vehicle SALE, Not Excess FEES! These tactics need to be stopped, as this is SIMPLE GREED in regards to getting the best commission possible, while screwing over the customers at their expense, leaving the customer upside down before the even drive off the lot. I hope someone is willing to look into this as this is extorting customers, and based off other reviews, I am not the only one! BEWARE!! More

Living in a location w/ so many dealers , I knew I was in good hands. * I haven't recieved the registration email for the carjack service that's forced on us & that Mr. Garza said I would get and it has been about a month?? More
