She made promises and deals she would eventually have amnesia and backtrack on during the financing portion turning a great experience to an extremely aggravating one. If it was not for the initial experience with Victor and his hard work I would have walked out and never returned to your dealership. The fact that the sales manager could not look me in the face or acknowledge the following day when I returned to finish the process shows how truly terrible and thoughtless the management section of sales is.
