Overpriced, rude, and dishonest. If you want to pay much more than you should, be told you're wrong about your car choices, and be lied to then this is the place to go. I ended up getting my car from the Hyundai dealership in Fayetteville because, unlike New Bern, they were honest, friendly, and helpful. The only person I spoke to at the Hyundai Of New Bern dealership that wasn't as rude was Amber. Everyone else just seems like they're out to get you and your money. They don't care about you, not one bit, so be careful if you do decide to come here. They'll say they'll work with your prices just to get you in the door. But once you're in there, they don't really work with you at all. They just tell you you're wrong about what you want. Very disappointed. I'm just glad I went with my gut and went elsewhere. I got the car I was interested in but at a much better price. More
