I own a 2022 Genesis G70, I had been out of town for a few days and returned to discover that my car was not responding to my fob. The car was locked and I thought maybe the battery had died. I could not open the door so I called the New Bern Genesis parts and service department and spoke with a service rep "Noah". He was very patient and led me step-by-step through accessing the manual key from the fob and as a result I discovered that the fob battery had died. I took the fob to the Hyundai dealer and they replaced the fob battery free of charge. The service I received was amazing, quite rare in todays service atmosphere, and the Noah was patient polite and provided top shelf assistance. More
