I went into the dealership to buy a car. Had a price set i wanted to spend and I was never led into the opposite direction. If anyone is looking for a new car i would highly recommend going to Planet Hyundai just for the fact i was very well taken care of and I love my new car. More
Being a prior owner of a 2006 and 2007 Hyundai, I was impressed with the Make, and was extremely interested in the new Sonata. I attended the Auto Show on Saturday, to review, and test drive the 2011 So impressed with the Make, and was extremely interested in the new Sonata. I attended the Auto Show on Saturday, to review, and test drive the 2011 Sonata. Since the "test drive" line was long, I decided to leave the Show, and visit Planet Hyundai. Mazen was the 1st sales rep to engage me, so I stayed with him. After locating a potential vehicle, and a pleasant test drive, we went inside. After the usual "sales rep and customer" chitchat, we came to an agreement. I felt no sales pressure whatsoever. I was introduced to the GM, service area reps, finance rep. All were very friendly, and seemed anxious to please. I look forward to dealing with this establishment in the future. More
MR. Bob Stewart was very helpful. He is very professional and honest in what he does. He is very caring and His customer service skills are exceptional. I enjoyed my visits to Planet Hyundai. I was given Mazen's name by an employee from another car dealer. He had worked with Mazen before and told us he was a great guy. We asked for him when we got there and he was ready for us. He was very friendly and helpful. He made me feel very comfortable buying a vehicle from him. The managers also went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I love my new Hyundai. More
The Sales Rep was friendly and accomodating. He was trying to assist another customer with a problem which left us sitting alot. Before I went to the dealership I called to find out what the financing trying to assist another customer with a problem which left us sitting alot. Before I went to the dealership I called to find out what the financing options were on new cars. I was told there was a 0% + $2,000 rebate offer but when I got there a manager came out and said there was only 0% and no rebate offer depending upon my credit. After he ran my credit he said I had the option 0% or 3.9%+$2,000 rebate. We negotiated and after he crunched the numbers he came up with a monthly payment different from what I calculated. We finally went to sign the paperwork there was a charge added for window treatments which hadn't been discussed. After expressing my dissatisfaction they removed it. They did try to pressure me too much to purchase an extended warranty. I still don't understand how the monthly payment was calculated because I put the numbers in an auto calculator online and got a lower payment. I did like the Sales Rep Lucky taking the time to show and explain the features on the car after a long day. More

The moment I stepped out of my car I could feel the difference in attitude of the salesmen. Yes, they were out there watching me but no one jumped on me for a sale. They were polite, well dressed in shirts and ties and smiling. What a difference between them and the jerks they had at Henderson Hyundai. Bob introduced himself, smiled and said, "I think I have a car for you!" In the last email I told Bob I changed my mine and wanted the Santa Fe because it had a larger cargo area. I bought a Santa Fe in 2003 and my husband is now driving it. His Tiburon was totaled in an accident trying to avoid a car that came at him head on. We are a Hyundai family. Even my son bought one in 2005. I love the cars. Anyway, one look at the silver blue 2009 Hyundai and I bought it. Bob knew what I liked through our emails and he did his job! 10 minutes on the Planet Hyundai lot and I bought a car. It was simple, easy and I am very happy and tell everyone what a great experience it was buying my car through Bob Stewart. Brian in the finance dept. was great too and that took a little longer andI had a new car!!! More

As a single woman, car shopping can be intimidating to say the least, but Planet Hyundai makes it easy and stress-free. I recommend taking two minutes to apply online, literally, it is that fast. Be sure to request Bob Stewart for your sales rep and he or his partner, Chris, who is also very nice, will be in touch within hours. You can make arrangements for which cars you'd like to test drive or ask for recommendations to stay within a certain budget. On Saturday, I drove away with a new car in just under 3 hours....that's incredible. Bob, in the finance dept, made the paperwork fun and simple. And, let me tell you, my car is awesome. The follow up after purchase from PH brings the whole experience full-circle. I give Planet Hyundai and the Bobs my highest rating. AA More
I came to Planet Hyundai for the Cash for Clunkers deal they were having. My first visit didn't go as well as the second. There was a lot of miscommunication and misunderstandings. I was able to get the deal and exact car that I wanted for a reasonable monthly rate. My consultant for my second visit was Anthony Fisher was very helpful and honest about everyhting. He made sure I got the best deal and I was happy with everything. If you go to Planet Hyundai ask for Anthony Fisher. He will give you the besy assistance and make you feel like family. More
