I had to get a 5 day rental car (which turned into 3). $560.00 later, I contacted driveway, First Kim 4/3/26 then Cindy finally contacted me 4/8/26. Cameron at Hyundai LV who stated he needed a work order from driveway. Cindy stated Hyundai would not reimburse me because the leak wasn't significant enough, discounting they were at fault. They also stated they would not get me a key. Nobody is accountable. Contacted corporate Hyundai 4/7/26, spoke with India who stated it wouldn't be covered because it is not "a recall or under warranty"; which it is under warranty. Why buy CPO? Do not service your car here! Faulty oil change with no recourse. More
Three weeks ago I had my car serviced at Hyundai Las Vegas and spent over $1,400. Recently I started noticing a low-pitch grinding noise coming from the front right wheel, so I made an appointment to ha Vegas and spent over $1,400. Recently I started noticing a low-pitch grinding noise coming from the front right wheel, so I made an appointment to have it checked. When I arrived, the experience immediately felt off. Joey Martinez, the employee at the desk didn't greet me, barely acknowledged me, and wouldn't make eye contact. As I began explaining the issue, he walked away to look at the car before I had even finished describing the problem. When he returned, he told me they would need to keep the car for 24 hours, which I wasn't prepared for. I asked if someone could simply take a quick look and give me an idea of what might be wrong. He refused, but casually suggested that the issue might be that my tires needed balancing. This raised another question for me: why wasn't the balancing done when the tires were rotated just three weeks ago during the $1,400 service? His response was simply that they don't do balancing during rotations, but they could do it now for $140 for all four tires. I asked if they could just balance the front tires, since that's where the noise is coming from. He said no, and when I asked why, the only explanation I got was "that's just how we do things." At that point I asked about a loaner vehicle if they needed to keep the car for 24 hours. I was told no, because if the issue turned out to be brakes it wouldn't be covered under warranty. My response was simple: how are we supposed to know what the issue is if nobody even looks at the car first? The answer I got was essentially "I know, but that's our process." The entire interaction felt like I was inconveniencing them by asking for help, despite being a customer who had just spent a significant amount of money there. The lack of basic customer service, empathy, and willingness to help was shocking. No greeting, no attempt to listen fully, no effort to provide a practical solution. Needless to say, I will never have my car serviced here again. More
