Planet Hyundai and their sly sales team sold me an Elantra in October of 2006. It was the 2007 model, and they talked it up since it had just came out that day. After hours of negotiated with pushy salesman, and actually having a manager leave the table after taking time to go through sales papers, I finally took the leap. I wish I had reviewed my decisions a bit more, as I definitely regret it now. Over the past few years, I have had incredible frustration with their service, especially since when I purchased my car I accepted the fee for an extended warranty. Just today when needing a repair to my sun visor (the visor hinge has broke, leaving the visor hanging in my face as I drive), I was told my extended warranty will no longer be offered due to the fact that there is a new owner & management. I was also told that the price for fixing this hinge would be a little over $160. This is ridiculous. I leave my comments with hopes of change, or a warning to others who might possible be looking at Hyundai for their next car. One might save a bit of cash when purchasing the Hyundai initially, but with the cheap parts thrown into it, it's hard to justify that price with such steep repair prices. I would like Planet Hyundai to honor the extended warranty I originally purchased (no longer in their system) and get the few minor repairs to my car made without having to pay such outrageous fees. I bought my car brand new direct from Planet Hyundai, as a college student, by myself, no co signer, my first car on my own, my first loan ever taken out. Planet Hyundai - please redeem yourself and give me the confidence I once had in you. Who knows, maybe it would be the different between me buying another Hyundai or not... More
we had visited another hyundai dealer in nevada and all they wanted us to do was walk out with a car. when we went to the west sahara location everyone was very helpful. there was no pressure. we went back they wanted us to do was walk out with a car. when we went to the west sahara location everyone was very helpful. there was no pressure. we went back and test drove the car. we still did not buy. we told him what we were looking for and to call us when they got the car in. he did but we were unable to go at that time. no problem. he called us again when the car we wanted came in. arin was very professional with the paperwork. efrain explained everything we needed to know about the car. this was the first time that buying a car was not painful. in the past with other car dealerships everyone pressured you into buying that day without explaining the car. the service man was also very nice and friendly. The people at Planet Hyundai are great. I found the dealer and car I wanted on-line but live in a different state. Jeff Martin picked me up at the airport and drove me to the lot and had everything ready as I had asked. The car was everything they said it was and in perfect condition. After an inspection and test drive, Jeff handed me off to Arin Coleman in the F&I office where the service continued to be stellar. Arin knew I was in a hurry (I planned on driving the car back to my home state in order to give the car to my wife at the surprise birthday party I had planned. The car was to be the real surprise) and explained every paper I needed to sign quickly and efficiently. I would definitely buy from them again and hopefully have more time to spend in Las Vegas when I do. More
Great experience. I bought my daughter a 2010 Elantra a week ago and my wife a 2010 Genesis a week later. Anthony was my sale person both times and he did a great job for me. He took extra time to explain to my daughter everything about her new car. She love's it. Christy and Brandon were a great support staff and very personable and knowledgeable. Sam in finance took care of me both times and made the process very pleasant. I would recommend anyone looking to by a Hyundai in Las Vegas make a stop here and see how customer service makes a difference. More

My name is Tracy, within the last two months we have purchased two cars from Nigel and the staff at Planet Hyunda. Thats one, the other is mine, I HAD a 99 buick regal that ws laying up on me ALOT..Not acceptable for me since i travel with my job..Nigel, Stacy,Sheryl, Jesse, "T" and (sorry i forgot your name) the used car manager were awesome...Same situation no money for monthly payment, not alot of cash and a used car, WEll they did it again, im a little pickey so i was set on a V6..id break a 4 cyl..this posed a challenge for my "TEAM" and thats what they are its not one person its the whole place that helps. They did iy though..I'm now the PROUD owner of a 2002 Hyundai XG350..Awesome car and its a V6, I cannot tell you what a wonderful experience i had there. Nigel is the most understanding, pleasent, nicest and friendly salesman ive met and hes NOT PUSHY!! Thanks to my Planet Hyundai team i HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone. If ive forgotten to say thanks to anyone im sorry, but the bottom line is you cant go wrong with Planet Hyundai Sahara!! I replied to a web add on the Veloster and Cristy replied with in a few minutes. I was looking for the 2013 Veloster model. She said they had 2012 and come in and she would show me the cars in stock. I went into the showroom the next day after Cristy called me to remind me to come in. I went in and she showed my the Veloster model and I took a test drive. Then Cristy took the car with me for another test drive to show me the pickup etc. She was very attentive to my needs and I said I was interested in the model. We then started negotiations on the car. After spending most of the moring and afternoon on buying the car. I told her I was going home to see the boxing match on Tv and get my breakfast. She said to come with her and we would get lunch, while they were completing the paper work. Terrm Mills help with the paper work and answer all my questions on the car. Those two people are outstanding to insure every thing is correct and you understand about the car. They both made you feel at home. More
