I purchased a 2013 Sonata yesterday from Brandon White at Planet Hyundai. From the begining he was very nice and was very knowledgable about what I was looking for. I came in on a Saturday,Sept 1,2012 to purchase this vehicle after haggling for two days on a price. We came to an agreement. They said the reason they were giving me this price was due to a good sales month so they didn't mind taking a loss. It looked good for them to have the extra sale. When I arrived on Saturday. I decided to finance some of the vehicle to recieve the $1,000.oo off. I planned on financing $5,000.oo. The rest was going to be paid in cash. I recently had a bankruptcy. About two years ago. My credit was not perfect so the financing could not go through until the next morning. When I returned on Sunday, Sept 2, 2012. They told me the sale was over and I could not get the $1000.00 off the vehicle. I knew they were not being honest. The reason I believe they raised the price $1000.oo was due to the loss in this sale for going through for the month of Sept. rather than the month of Aug. The finance officer Arin was so rude to me. I could tell the sales manager was embarassed. He could not even look me in the eyes. I walked out. I told them even if they gave me the $1,000.oo back. I would NEVER deal with them again. They are dishonest. How do you conduct business like that? I am a business owner. I would NEVER, EVER renege on a deal. Your word is very important. I left the dealership in tears... I checked into another dealership and found out they owned that one too. Then a friend referred me to Henderson Hyundai. I live in Las Vegas. i'm so happy I went there. They were honest and upfront. i NEVER thought I would purchase a Hyundai. I have owned SUV's. I was that impressed with the vehicle. My wife and I went to Planet Hyundai just to do some comparison shopping. We were in the process of moving from L.A. to Las Vegas and wanted to buy a new car. Bernie was extremely helpful, showing us various models, including the Limited model we eventually purchased. Because we were not relocating immediately, we couldn't take possession of the car. Bernie arranged for Planet Hyundai to keep the car covered on their lot for a month, as I requested. when I picked it up, it had been detailed at no charge to me. As far as financing, it was a snap, in spite of the fact that we had no permanent Las Vegas address at the time of purchase. Samantha was very helpful, explaining fully all the small print involved in the purchase. So far we are very happy with our purchase, and will definitely consider Hyundai the next time we want to buy a car. More

Was respectful to my family who was with me and included my grandson in cleaning out the old car and preparing the new car, I did not have to do anything but drive my new car home, Joshua(Nemo)Fisher was great and I'm happy he was my sales person on my new car. Joshua was there to help me turn a negative situation into a positive and I thank him for being there.
