I have to say that this experiance was by far the best i have ever ad in buying a new car.it was pleasant,fast , and most of all they were all very professional. This an updated review. My previous review was not great because of problems I had with the finance Dept. (Daniel). I met with the GM and he did not listen, but thankfully the Owners of Planet Hyundai liste because of problems I had with the finance Dept. (Daniel). Most of my friends told me that a dealership could care less about you once you purchased/leased a car. Well I am here to prove them wrong. The owners took care and cared about me and what my problem was. they gave me my payment back and apologized for what happened. If you are in the market to buy/lease a car I highly recommend Planet Hyundai. They do continue to care about their customers once the car is purchased/leased. I will be a faithful customer to Planet Hyundai whenever I need to Lease a new car. and the greated testimonial I can give is telling my friends and family to buy/lease a car to go to Planet Hyundai. I want to thank the owners for listening to me and now I truly understand why Planet Hyundai is the Number 1 Hyundai dealership. More

I took my car 2012 Hyundai Elantra in for a regular maintenance. While waiting I was walking around showroom floor and was greeted by Anthony Bonnet. I was a little interested in trading in my car for maintenance. While waiting I was walking around showroom floor and was greeted by Anthony Bonnet. I was a little interested in trading in my car for a more bigger car, but was not 100% sold on doing it that day. From the beginning Anthony was showing interest and payed attention to what I was looking for and what would be a all around good deal for me. We walked the lot and as my car was finishing up we couldnt come to a good deal on a used car that we looked at. Anthony said he would talk with his manager the next day instead hanging around and wasting any time. The next morning Anthony texted and called me and said he has great news. He sent me some pictures of a few cars he matched up with my requests and I came in to the lot that afternoon. Anthony picked out two beautiful 2013 Sonatas for me to look at. One was the limited edition fully loaded package and one was the standard. I test drove both of them and never felt pressured. Anthony made it seem like he just wanted me to happy with my decision. After running some numbers the manager Jason Laguna came out and introduced himself. He was a nice guy that came out to tell me more about the car and they wanted to work with me to get me locked in the deal. I made my choice on the 2013 Limited Sonata. I appreciated the honesty and friendliness he displayed towards me. After all the financing was completed I worked with Bob Higdon to go over the interior of the car as far as Blue Link, Navigation, blue tooth and all the other bells and whistles of the car. Needless to say I love love love my new car and I am thankful to have worked and met with the guys that I did. Anthony also texted me the same night asking how my car was. Also, I came back in a few days ago to get my green slip and was having issues with the electronics inside, Anthony made himself available as did Bob to assist me with figuring out how to work everything. I was also greeted again by Jason Laguna as I was walking in. It are those little things that make me feel appreciated as a customer and will definitely earn my business and referrals. More
On July 23, 2013 I visited Planet Hyundai to get an oil change on the Hyundai I already owned; while I was waiting for my car to be serviced I went onto the lot to look at new cars. While I was looking at the New Elantras, Jose came out, introduced himself, and asked if he could help; he was very engaging, and answered all of my questions. I was not originally planning on purchasing a new car, but after Jose told me about the improvements that had been made in the Elantra in just the 3 years since I purchased my first one, I decided to at least test drive one. Jose brought the car around, he explained all of the accessories and the upgrades in the vehicle, and we went for a test drive. I was totally sold after the drive. We returned to the dealership and got started on the purchase paperwork. Jose was very hospitable making sure we were comfortable had water/coffee and that we didn't need anything else. During the paperwork part of the process we decided we wanted a different Elantra that was only in stock at another location across town; Jose went to the other side of Las Vegas, during rush hour traffic, to get the other vehicle. I was very happy with the service Jose provided, and even today, each time I visit Planet Hyundai for anything Jose makes a point to stop say hello, a nd ask how I like the car. More
I am a recent widow who is some what disabled. This staff made this experience very easy for me and I very much appreciated that. However, I must say that our experience yesterday at Planet Hyundai was a pleasant I would rather cut off an appendage than shop for a new vehicle! However, I must say that our experience yesterday at Planet Hyundai was a pleasant surprise! We searched the internet and found a 2012 Toyota Sienna that struck our fancy. We called the dealership to make sure it was still available before driving across town. The salesman on the phone introduced himself as Anthony Franich, gave us his cell number, and told us he'd be there to greet us when we arrived. We pulled into the lot and there he was with a friendly smile..... and he even had the van parked up front so we wouldn't have to walk to see it. That was a big plus since I am disabled. We hit it off with Anthony right away. He was a "no pressure", average Joe kinda guy. Very sociable, friendly, and attentive to our wants and needs. We decided to make an offer on the van, and so the games began. BUT..... it was far better than any other car-buying experience we've ever had! I didn't feel stressed out (much), and I didn't feel like Anthony was trying to "pull any fast ones" on us. We finally reached an agreement that hubby and I felt satisfied with and began the paperwork. Throughout this hours-long process we really enjoyed Anthony's company. I'm a loud obnoxious Italian gal, and he tolerated me and my warped sense of humor. We actually had FUN buying a new vehicle! Wow.... *that's a first! Even after the deal was done Anthony just couldn't do enough for us. From the moment we stepped on to the lot until the moment we drove off in our new van he was with us every step of the way. For me to write this novel of a review you can be sure that the hub and I were/are very happy customers. I would definitly recommend this place and more importantly Anthony Franich..... car salesman extraordinaire! And I'm not ashamed to admit that I hugged him before we left..... twice! More
