Slow to come to agreement, but met me. The haggling was only pleasant because of my salesman, Christian S. After telling him what I could afford, he went to his manager, and that's where t The haggling was only pleasant because of my salesman, Christian S. After telling him what I could afford, he went to his manager, and that's where the typical "nonsense" began. After 4 hours, I finally told them they had 15 minutes to meet me at my affordability. At that point, they miraculously met me at my price. As a single woman, I don't know if they thought I would be an "easy" target or what, but they found out that I was NOT!!! Long story short, I got the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted it. My salesman was great, but haggling with the manager left me irate. Advice to all dealerships: When someone says they only want to pay a certain amount each month, you either meet them at that price or you don't. It isn't necessary to waste a person's whole afternoon. More

Purchased a new 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited This was our sixth Hyundai purchase; fourth from Planet Hyundai and first with Mr.Brandon White as Salesman. This was by far the most pleasant automob This was our sixth Hyundai purchase; fourth from Planet Hyundai and first with Mr.Brandon White as Salesman. This was by far the most pleasant automobile buying experience in our twenty six years as residents of Nevada. From arrival at the Dealership to document closure, Mr. White was a calm, courteous, and polite professional. Being a retired DMV Supervisor, I've come to know and trust the staff at Planet Hyundai Sahara over the past sixteen years. Mr. White, Carlos the General Sales Manager, and Ernie at the sales desk, all showed concern with putting us in the "right vehicle, with the Trim style" which we had sought to buy for over a year. This was all completed with the untiring patience of Ms. Stacy Datlof in Finance who was extremely patient and understanding with all our questions, concerns, and indecisiveness.
