Frustrated Our experience was great until we found a dent on our vehicle before leaving the lot. We had to pick out, and purchase another vehicle which resulted Our experience was great until we found a dent on our vehicle before leaving the lot. We had to pick out, and purchase another vehicle which resulted in an extra hour and a half delay. The manager promised us a free dash cover for our inconvenience, which was ok until I realized that it was NOT installed in the car upon leaving. I called or salesman and informed him and We agreed to picking it up when I was to return to pick up my registration certificate. Well that day came 1/8/2016 and they explianed to me that they had to order it and it would be a couple of weeks?! The sales guy tried telling me that they dont have them in stock because of the "new" body style?! I purchased a 2015??! REALLY?! Didnt you have that body style for over a year now? More

Easy, excellent buying experience It was one of the best car buying experiences of my life (and I'm in my 60's). The price was right, the car was right, and the salesman was great.. Poor customer care Low tire pressure light was on and when pointed out to salesman i was told it was due to temperature when in actuality my father checked my tires at h Low tire pressure light was on and when pointed out to salesman i was told it was due to temperature when in actuality my father checked my tires at home and all of them were extremely low. Also the finance lady insisted that my dad did not need to sign with me for me to stay under my dads insurance and when we were told by agent this was not true and tried to correct immediently she refused to help us and do so. Do to that error i now need to go on my own policy and pay a higher rate this is not excellent customer care to me. More
