Long wait even with oil change appointment I made a oil service appointment at 9a.m. Arrived on time but was still told there are 9 cars in front of me for service so the wait would be 1 1/2-2 I made a oil service appointment at 9a.m. Arrived on time but was still told there are 9 cars in front of me for service so the wait would be 1 1/2-2hrs. I felt I had no choice because the free oil service for a year that came with the car when I bought it can only be redeamed at this dealer ship and service was due on the car. So I waited, and waited, 2hrs later I'm done. REALLY? 2hrs with an appointment for an oil change that takes 15-20min. I'd understand if I had no appointment and just rolled up, but I didnt. It was still a first come first service type of oil service wait time. Why offer appointments on oil changes if your wait time with an apointment for service is 1-2hrs. More
