New purchase I recently went to Hyundai of las Vegas after experiencing not so good service at ABC Hyundai. I went to see my car salesman from before at Hyundai of las Vegas and explained what had happened to me from the other dealership. He helped me get out from under the vehicle I purchased and drove away with a brand new vehicle feeling so much better. The stigmata if a car sales man still lives. If they can get over in you they will. It is not a help you buy mindset but rather make the sale. Needs customer service training to make your staff more equipment to understand the guest. James Smith's Review It seems like the auto loan interest rate was too high at 5 % when companies like Toyota are offering 0% interest rate for 6 years. Also, it seems that the same price that I paid for my Hyundai Santa Fe I could have bought a new Toyota Rav 4 or Lexus for the same price. At the time I decided to buy a new Hyundai because I knew that they offered 100,000 mile warranty. I really like the 100,000 mile warranty that Hyundai offers and I want to buy from companies that can stand behind their warranty and that is why I bought a new Hyundai. If I would have known that at the time that I bought my new Hyundai that Toyota Rav4 now offers 100,000 mile factory warranty it might have persuaded me to buy a new Toyota or Lexus instead since they are well-known for their quality vehicles. I also should have looked at the resale value to see which vehicles hold their retail value the most before spending $30,000 on a new vehicle. I also worry about the comfort of the ride when driving the vehicle for long trips. If the vehicle rides like my Hyundai Elantra I will not be very happy about it because when I drove my Hyundai Elantra it really hurt my back driving it for about seven hours when in my Chrysler Grand Voyager it does not hurt my back at all driving it for six hours or more. Therefore, it appears that Hyundai needs to put more effort in the comfort of their vehicles when riding for six hours or more. More
