Avoid this dealership, they want $2,500 dealer surcharges and $2,899 of expensive dealer add-ons ? This is a very disrespectful predatory treatment to a customer. On the evening, of January 23, we took a test drive in a Hyundai Venue with Eddie Matias. I was given a worksheet, and I told Eddie that I would take the worksheet home and call him the next day. The next day, I reviewed the lease worksheet, The numbers did not make sense, the numbers were very expensive! I called Eddie and asked him to provide the missing information as to why the numbers were so expensive? When Eddie provided the missing information, he had added a $2,500 dealer surcharge, and almost $2,899 in dealer add-ons. Disrespectful behavior to the customer with a $2,500 Dealer surcharge: I told Eddie I was not paying any surcharge on any car! The current car market does not support that type of price gouging. ……. Eddie immediately backed off on the dealer surcharge topic. Disrespectful behavior to customers with expensive dealer add-ons: Also, the dealer add-ons were crazy, expensive $2,899…….Hyundai charges you $299 for Nitrogen air in your tires. The most annoying fact is when I challenged Eddie regarding the $2,500 dealer surcharge and told him I would not pay any surcharge on any car……the Dealership quickly backed off the $2,500 surcharge, and dropped it from the price conversation! I worry about the senior citizen customers, who may not have the will, nor the knowledge to “Say NO to ridiculous dealer surcharges!” The current market does not support dealer surcharges, and this dealer is “testing the waters” with each customer to see who is GULLIBLE ENOUGH TO PAY? I consider this type of dealer surcharge strategy to be predatory towards customers. Avoid this dealership. More

She said the car had only a few months left on the factory warranty. I learned less than 30 days later that it's still covered under factory warranty for two more years. I contacted her and she is refusing to cancel two of the warranties. I'm having to file complaints with the state and Better Business Bureau. Stacy is ignoring my phone calls and refusing to admit that she sold those warranties to me in bad faith. My sales person was great. I love my car. But the finance department will con you. Be careful. More

I showed up on my appointment date only to be told that they did not have the parts needed for my recall item and would have to order the parts and reschedule my appointment. So my personal time and gas was a complete waste. When I got home I called the dealership and left a voicemail for the service manager to call me back. Obviously that hasn't happened. So now 15 days has passed and I called them. I was passed along to Josh where I left a voicemail. He did call me back but placed me on hold while he looked up my car info. He picked up the phone as I heard him talking to someone and then the phone got either disconnected or he hung up. I waited a few minutes for a return call but then decided to call him directly. I had to leave him a voicemail again. It's now 2 1/2 hours later and still no callback. Enough is enough! I went ahead and contacted another dealership to take care of my issue and to give them all of my future business as Hyundai of Las Vegas no longer deserves mine. BTW my one star rating is actually too much! More
Service Department never answers the phone, and will randomly hang up on you while you are forced to listen to the automated voice response over and over. If you buy a car at this dealership, just pla randomly hang up on you while you are forced to listen to the automated voice response over and over. If you buy a car at this dealership, just plan on finding another dealership for the service. Very poor business practices. Didn't speak to anyone in the service department, but was forced to rate Bob Higdon in order to post this rating. Good Luck Bob. More

I bought a 2013 Buick LaCrosse from this dealership in July. It took them 4 days to do the initial inspection of the car before he bought it. That should have been the first red flag. I was given 3 free o July. It took them 4 days to do the initial inspection of the car before he bought it. That should have been the first red flag. I was given 3 free oil changes. After the first oil change he noticed a small oil leak. After the 2nd oil change, the leak was much worse. There was a puddle of oil and it dripped as I drove out if the driveway. When I took it in, Abram gave him a ticket that said the leak " appears to have been leaking for a while" and told me that they couldn't fix it but gave no advice how to proceed. A week or 2 later, we contacted Don Murrell in service. He was amazing. He initiated the claim and made an appointment at Auto Nation Buick down the street. Don was not able to follow up due to an unfortunate accident, but no one called me to let me know the status of the car. Rigoberto was supposed to handle the cars Don was working on, but couldn't find my paperwork that was right in front of him when I went into the dealership. This visit took place because we called several times and either got voice-mail or got hung up on. When I asked for a service manager, we were disconnected. The communication at this place is nonexistent. The quality of service is horrible. The level of incompetence at this dealership is ridiculous. Due to the amount of issues with this car that were not disclosed when I bought this car and should have been subsequently disclosed when I brought the car in for service, I will be seeking legal counsel. The only good part of this entire interaction was Donhan Murrell. He deserves a promotion or to be recruited by another dealership for a manager position. If I could give a NO STARS RATING I would. I had the worst and the most disrespected experience at Las Vegas Hyundai Service, where I drove a long drive from IDAHO state to Vegas to enjoy the new year and have my oil change at Las Vegas Hyundai Ser Las Vegas Hyundai Service, where I drove a long drive from IDAHO state to Vegas to enjoy the new year and have my oil change at Las Vegas Hyundai Service. I got at the service 10 min earlier, and the employees were not expecting my arrival for the appointment, so I had to give them my information to help me. After 30 min waits, the same employee came up and asked me if I still need to have the service done!!! ( that mean they kept me waiting for nothing ) Therefore, I asked why the services were delayed, and he said: “I thought you guys have left” ( How I leave without my car !? ); it was just a stupid answer. Then, I said, “the car has been there for 30 min. How did you come up with that assumption”. Then, he stood up and started raising his voice and getting close to me without even wearing a mask, so I asked him to wear a mask, but he just called me a xxxxx, and he refused to get my car serviced. After that, the manager came and had everything cooled down at that moment, and after my oil changed, they had me pay for the service after getting delayed on and insulted. The manager didn’t accommodate or give compensation. Hyundai, please teach your employees the following, !! The customer always right !! !! After the customer getting insulted by any employee, at least give compensation to satisfy the customer !! More
Thank you Eric Walker was phenomenal, very good salesman because he let's the vehicle sell itself. He worked hard to get me the deal that was right for me and took me step by step through the process. Being because he let's the vehicle sell itself. He worked hard to get me the deal that was right for me and took me step by step through the process. Being recently divorced this was my first time working with a dealership for a new car, he was kind and very professional. I would definitely recommend this man and this dealership for those looking for something new for their driveway. I have ok experiences and godawful experiences in car dealerships but this one was definitely the pinnacle for great customer service. While yes it's still a car dealership it felt more relaxed and less stressful even tho I was a HUGE bundle of nerves doing this by myself but once I got into my brand new 2020 Elantra I drove home with a HUGE smile on my face. Eric I will be in once you guys call for my registration and yes I will bring you some Coconut Banana Bread! You earned it! GIVE that man a raise! :) More
