I did reach out to you right after this happened and I left you a message and even called back later that day and was told you left early. Not you or anyone else contacted me to find out what happened. I even called my salesman and he didn't contact me! This has been the most disrespectful service I've ever recieved from a dealership!!

Mr. Olawski, First off I want to thank you for your response. But the proper time to have reached out to me was when I left a voicemail at your dealership on the day of my appointment problem and before the slew of additional problems occurred. But as I said above that call never happened. The issues with your service tech Josh were just unacceptable and totally unprofessional. His failure on numerous occasions to keep me posted on the arrival of the parts I needed for the recall or the failure to tell me in advance that the parts were not in was not appropriate. Then to hang up on my call and not return the call AFTER I left him a follow up voicemail should warrant some sort of action from you. As a result of all the failures from your dealership I absolutely refuse to return to your dealership for anything in the future. I was more than ecstatic on the service I received from another Hyundai dealership and they will get all of my future business. Don't wait on me reaching out to you as you and your team failed me miserably!
