Helped me when i was in need I went to Hyundai of Las Vegas because i recently totaled my Elantra that i only had for a month, brand new. I purchased the Elantra from another Hyun I went to Hyundai of Las Vegas because i recently totaled my Elantra that i only had for a month, brand new. I purchased the Elantra from another Hyundai dealer and went back to see them first. They said they couldnt help me. My wife didn't like the Elantra , really wanted a bigger car. I leased the Elantra and put a lot of money down to get a cheap payment and now my brand new car was totaled and all the down payment gone.I guess i was lucky to run into Ollie a veteran been with Hyundai for 10 years. He showed me a 2017 Sonata. I really liked the Sonata since i was driving one from Enterprise for weeks now . We started working numbers and i was surprised when he got me to the same payment i was paying on the Elantra. So with no money out of my pocket this time, instead of thousands that i've lost on the Elantra with the other dealer ?? I still had to go and talk to my wife because i couldn't believe it. She told me to go back before the car is gone since the 2017 models were running out. I went back the next day and was in and out within the hour, no hassle, no bait and switch. The car was cleaned up full tank of gas and ready to go. Oliver even helped me to return my rental car. I could not be happier. Dishonest Dealership and a Waste of Time Dominic seemed great to deal with over the phone and offered us a good deal on the car we were looking for, 18k. When we arrived he could not locate the car that we drove across town to see, but they had a similar car to look at, fine. Test drive the car and sit down to talk about the numbers. Everything seemed fine until the sales manager decided to stop talking price of car and switched to monthly payments. All items accounted for except for some small fees that ended up being in excess of 4k, not ok. Ask to go back to talking just the price of the car and it comes back down to 18k. Decided we want the car, but we would have to sign the next day so we could bring the trade down. They refuse to hold the car, but claim that they will honor the deal if it is not sold in the meantime, fine. Next day I am informed that the car has been sold, bad luck right? Well I contacted 2 separate sales associates, and the online sales manager, giving a different name, and they all claim the car is there and I should come down to see it (note that it is now 20k). Even confirm the VIN of the car that we had made a deal on... A week later we had ABC Hyundai transfer the car and bought it from them, they even honored the price we came to with these lairs and matched CarMax's offer on the trade. Shady practices and untrustworthy individuals. I highly suggest you look elsewhere (maybe ABC if you want a Hyundai) for a car. More
