They are dishonest and totally took advantage of me. My sales person Tony was completely unprofessional! He mostly talked about his ex wife and girl friend. The payment amount doubled by the time we were finished with really no explanation of why. I went back within the 3 days to make an exchange and the General manager said that wasn't allowed which was a complete lie! One person said I could and the other said no. Stear clear of the place!! I bought my 2023 Tucson at this dealership. This review is about the GM and how they DID NOT rectify my situation. My Tucson died in my driveway on March 7, 2024, less than 1 year after ownin This review is about the GM and how they DID NOT rectify my situation. My Tucson died in my driveway on March 7, 2024, less than 1 year after owning this car. I called the dealership that day, as the battery was dead as a door nail. The fobs could not open the car, Bluelinks service could not open the car remotely. We Could Not open the car with the actual keys. I had to call AAA to open the door, charged the battery before it could be driven to the dealership. Left my car with them overnight, they did a bunch of electrical testing BUT DID NOT REPLACE THE BATTERY. I spoke to the service department and to the GM demanding a new battery and was told by the GM that" it's income to them" and they refused to replace a battery that to me is defective in less than 1 year. Luckily, I was at home. Mind you, I live in Las Vegas, and everywhere outside of LV is desert. I could have been stuck in the middle of the desert at night somewhere with no help BC this dealership had refused to replace my battery. And telling me a bunch of xx. My family is a Hyundai family, my Hyundai Sonata before I traded in was 7 yrs old and still had its original battery. My brother owns a Sonata still and recent had the engine completely replaced by another dealership in CA with no problem. My mother owned a Santa Fe. I wrote to Consumer Affairs and was told to contact another dealership to see if they would replace the battery. Which to me is ludicrous, since the car was over $45k and I bought from this dealership who is refusing to replace a defective battery. Leaving me with a chance of the battery dies again when I'm outside of LV and in the desert driving somewhere. I am a 66 y.o. woman and I will not put up with the xx that was giving to me because the GM says ' it's income to them' that they can't replace a defective battery, yet they will charge you over $400 for a battery. I will not recommend this dealership if this the way they treat people loyal customer. As far as I am concerned, these people don't really care about what couple happen to you once you're on the road, as long as they get the money from you, it is up you to deal with the problems. More
My car was here for a few repairs. After repairing my car, a new issue appeared. I bring it back just to wait almost 3 weeks for them to fix what they messed up. I’ve been told they can’t service my car this day bring in the next few following days. I was also told they don’t have a loaner for me when they messed up on repairing my car. Avoid this company at all cost. I’m filing this situation in court. To top it of the customer service sucks. More
