Wow. Generic response from a dealership that needs serious attention. This type of response explains it all. Brian…your service advisor, service manager, and yourself should have responded to me directly with my many texts and phone calls that went unanswered over the last weeks. Only now, when I publicly write a poor review, are you inclined to reach out. Yet when you do, it’s a generic impersonalized response. Very disappointing.
