The shop told us the car was there back a few months ago because it was involved in a major collision, and you could even see dripping paint on the front bumper from the respray. The guys at this dealership should have been able to tell it was in an accident and disclosed that the paint was not original. The only reason we did not see it was resprayed was because it was getting dark. Anyways, no compensation was offered and we are stuck with a major accident car for the price of a normal one. More

Fast Tire Fix and Oil change Got a nail in my right front tire last Friday. A local tire chain needed three hours plus wanted to sell me 4 new tires. I went to FOK and Steven Freund took care my 2018 Explorer. FOK service hanged out 1 tire with a new one in 30 minutes $250 later vs the tire chain store $1000 and 3 hours. Now that's excellent service. Oil change was done on schedule and only $54. More

Ford Service Department I have been using Kirkland Ford for the service of my 2014 Escape since the second service on July 28, 2014. Since the first service, I have had eight additional and one factory recall for minor maintenance. On all occasions, everyone has been polite, professional, and courteous. The waite times were minimal, all in all I am very happy with the people and service I receive at Kirkland Ford. More
