The buying experience was easy. No hidden fees, easy to understand everything, no hard ball sales - they offered the normal extra coverage etc but did not push when we selected not to add them. Thank you for making the process seamless. Only negative so far was when we went to pick up the plates. Normally they are supposed to put it on the vehicle but the gal didn't even offer or do much more than look up and hand over the plates. Hopefully service will in the future be as great as the buying experience. More

Very helpful in letting us test drive solo (without a sales rep), which allowed us to feel a little more comfortable talking openly about likes/dislikes. Bought below MSRP, at 0% for 3 years. Only minor frustration is that they knew we were shopping for my wife and even asked whose name should be first on the all the documents... but they ended up putting my name first (not hers) so on quite a few documents, I show as the only person. It's 2019 and this stuff matters to people... get it right. More
