This is a positive update of my earlier rating I submitted about 24 hrs ago.(I should of updated here instead of posting another review) My Bad. The issue with the overpayment refund was resolved earlier today. I received a call today from FOK finance that the check was ready for me. I drove over to pick it up. Wally Bailey was there when I arrived and he said he just got back from a 10 day vacation and he explained It was an interoffice misunderstanding, that the overpayment refund should have been processed a lot faster and I believe him. Wally was VERY apologetic about what happened and I believe him to be sincere. When the time comes for me to buy another new car (My 6th), I will visit Ford of Kirkland. Five stars ***** To Wally Bailey, (Crazy Greg) and Kyle Corn. BTW, I really like this Hyundai Accent! Very good gas saver! Fun to drive!(5 Speed manual trans. Has a lot of zip!)

After posting the negative review above, I received several phone calls from the dealership in an effort to "rectify the issues" I had with my car. I took it in and everything was fixed at no cost to me. And I am once again in love with my Toyota Prius with it's adjusted alignment, new tires and headlight (I can drive at night :) I would like to say that it is disappointing to be forced to create a negative review in order to receive the service I should have been offered all along. You may not have a return customer in me but your efforts did not go unnoticed. Thanks FOK.
