I purchased a 2011 Ford Fusion from Ford of Kirkland last week. My husband saw a weekly ad on their website and we went in to look at the car. Everything looked great and we got our loan application approved, signed the sales contract and other paperwork, and took the car home. Done deal, right? Well, the next day we were called by the sales manager telling us that the dealership made a mistake and we owe them $1,500 more for the car. They said we were supposed to trade in a car to get the ad price, but when we were at the dealership, spoke with our salesman and signed all the contracts with the finance person, that was never mentioned. We even went over all the numbers with the finance guy. We do not agree that we owe Ford of Kirkland the additional money because it was their mistake. Over many phone calls, being harassed by Mark, and Wally telling us he will have the car repossessed if we don't pay the money or return it, I am an extremely upset and angry customer. All of this over $1,500??? It's crazy! Importatn to mention, is that this is the 2nd vehicle we've bought from them in less than a year. They are currently holding our paperwork until we do what they want us to. Ford of Kirkland made a mistake and they should provide good customer service and fix their mistake. They should not pass it on to their customer who did nothing wrong. What they are doing is illegal and a complaint has been filed with the Attorney Generals office. More
I went to Hyundai of Kirkland and drove a 2011 sonata. I talked to the sales person before going there about a limited model. He told me that hyundai of Kirkland was the biggest and the best but they only h talked to the sales person before going there about a limited model. They lure people in on great price and try to charge them retail on the upgraded cars. Be careful if you ever go here. They will try the old sales trick. I eventually went to another dealer who was easy and straight forward about everything. More

I've primarily worked with Scott Creason and he has always been extremely helpful, quick, and been able to provide us with the vehicle we wanted for the price we needed without giving us the typical run around. I've also recommended Ford of Kirkland, and Scott, to many of my family and friends. My Mother-in-Law and Father-in-Law each purchased new cars from Scott and My sister recently ordered a new vehicle through him as well so my three purchases plus those three purchases give me a good basis for my recommendation. I would definitely recommend Ford of Kirkland to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I've worked with folks in sales, finance, parts, and the service department and they have all been great. My wife was completely surprised her Birthday present (sport trac). Steve Cunnington offered us a few extended service plans and closed the deal quickly. He gave us the information for the service plans that we were intested in and told we could come back and add them if we wanted. We will probably add at least one. I bought my 2002 Ford Explorer from Ford of Kirkland in July of 2002 and have taken it there for service exclusively. Kevin has always been excellent to work with and the vehicle has performed well for 8 y July of 2002 and have taken it there for service exclusively. We bought our F-150 from Ford of Kirkland and take it in for service work. Dean and the Gold team always do a great job taking care of us and getting the truck back as fast as possible. The salesman (Stephen Skullerud) was extremely friendly and helpful, and worked with me to get a fantastic price an a year ago from this dealership. He was fairly new to the job at the time, so he didn't know everything about the car when I test drove it, but he diligently followed-up on all questions I asked through both phone and e-mail. I've since come back to perform service on the car, and in this case worked with Kevin Paddock. Nothing particularly interesting about this visit, but Kevin kept me informed and the whole visit cost me nothing since it was my first visit. A minor problem with the steering wheel buttons was also quickly corrected. More
I brought my escape in for regular maintence. the service advisor was very helpful in getting the most work done to my car with the least amount of my hard earned money. My husband and I take our 2 Ford vehicles to this dealership for routine service and for anything else that may come up (for example, we had mice that had gotten into the engine compartment and duct dealership for routine service and for anything else that may come up (for example, we had mice that had gotten into the engine compartment and duct work - quite a mess), and the workmanship and service have always been excellent. We've been going there for several years and have always received very personalized attention, notably from Kevin Paddock, who knows us and is our primary liason/service representative. He's knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. We can't say enough about Kevin - he's terrific! And all the mechanics who have worked on our vehicles also have our respect and appreciation. More
