Hyundai of Kirkland

My husband and I went to Ford of Kirkland yesterday to purchase a new 2011 Ford Fusion Hybrid. We were torn between the hybrid and the all gasoline version of the Fusion, and Jim Halleman was really patie purchase a new 2011 Ford Fusion Hybrid. He took us out for a test drive of each vehicle and really worked with us to make sure we aired all of our concerns about each vehicle. In the end we decided on the hybrid. We spent a lot of time with Jim and never felt like we were keeping him from something else, or that we had less than his undivided attention. He made sure we were happy with every step of the process, and worked really hard to get us a fair price for our trade-in. He also worked really thoroughly to ensure we were able to settle on a monthly payment amount that worked well within our budget. Everybody we interacted with at the dealership was really friendly and courteous. Every time I went through a door it seemed like people were falling all over themselves to make sure they opened it for us, which is an added gesture that did not go unnoticed. I think we got a fair price on our car, and Jim really made us feel well taken care of. More

I was willing to settle for either a Dodge Magnum R/T or a Jeep Grand Cherokee, of which Ford of Kirkland had one of each in their used selection. Both were in great condition and fully optioned. We settled on the Dodge. Mick was really easy going and not pushy at all in his manner. It then came time to work out the details of the deal. My wife and I are not the best candidates for loans or credit, but Trista shopped around and really worked to try and get us a better deal than the one we had currently. We signed all the necessary papers and drove off the lot. What comes next is what really makes Ford/Hyundai of Kirkland a top notch business. That night, my wife began to have some really serious buyer's remorse. Our payment on the GTO had been unreasonably high and the deal we got on the Magnum was better, but not the relief we were looking for. My wife, freaking out, decided that we should try and get the GTO back and cancel on the whole deal. I, really missing my car, decided that was perfectly alright with me. The next day, my wife called Mick and Trista. Trista, who was on her day off, really took my wife's concerns to heart. Trista pulled some major strings and was able to massage the deal and bring down our payment a whole bunch. She came in and drew up the paperwork on her day off, and remember, this was the day AFTER we had already signed the deal. It was totally obvious that it was of the utmost importance to them that we feel satisfied with our experience. We were totally and completely blown away. It is hard to find businesses who really still care about people and are not just out trying to make a quick buck nowadays. The staff at Ford/Hyundai of Kirkland really do care. This is a business that deserves repeat customers and they have earned two very impressed repeat customers here. I would happily refer anyone who is looking for a new or used car to check out this top-notch outfit. More

I went there with my mother and stepfather for back-up, but from the minute I shook hands with Jimmy Davidson, I knew I was good hands! He was friendly informative, helpful and NOT PUSHY. I knew what car I wanted I had done some research, it was just the little options and little details I needed to work out and Jimmy was there to help me the entire step of the way. I not only got the car I wanted with the best customer service I've ever received, I was assisted by the Financial department in getting the best deal I could. From Jimmy, to Wally (General Manager) to John in Financing, I had the most wonderful car buying experience ever. Great first time internet purchace. I was a bit hesitant of purchasing a vehicle over the internet, but my sales person made the whole process very enjoyable and easy. Ford of Kirkland was the 5th dealership I went to and the FIRST one where the used cars did not seem totally over-priced. Even though I went in looking for a used car, Donna Timmons from internet sales was FIRST one where the used cars did not seem totally over-priced. Even though I went in looking for a used car, Donna Timmons from internet sales was able to show me a NEW Ford Focus that cost the same as many of the used cars I had been test-driving at other dealerships! I bought a NEW Ford Focus, which I LOVE!!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Ford of Kirkland! My father, who was shopping with me that day, said that Donna was the nicest and most helpful sales person he had ever worked with at a car dealership (and he's bought plenty of cars). If Donna can win over my DAD you know she's AWESOME... almost as awesome as driving my new car around!! :-) More

Prior to our purchasing decision, my wife and I had visited the lot and showroom at Ford & Hyundai of Kirkland. We checked out the smaller cousin of the vehicle we were considering. It was really a pleasure to have the freedom to investigate a couple of the car's features without the typical encumbrance of distracting sales person. We ultimately ordered from a more distant dealership responding with the lowest bid. None the less, I was still impressed with atmosphere and attitude of Ford & Hyundai of Kirkland. I would certainly recommend their internet sales function to anyone in the Seattle - Lake Washington area looking for a new Ford. More
