I would like to write about the wonderful experience I had working with Ford Hyundai of Kirkland and there sales manager Jimmy Davidson. I had been in the market for a new Ford Escape for several months, had working with Ford Hyundai of Kirkland and there sales manager Jimmy Davidson. I had been in the market for a new Ford Escape for several months, and was about at my wits end dealing with and get lied too by several dealerships around the Puget Sound area. I had done extensive research and had came to a price based on several dealerships weekend ads minus the rebates I didn't qualify for. I had put in a request with the Internet sales manager at Ford Hyundai of Kirkland. I told him exactly what I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. The price I was willing to pay put me in the range for a base model with very few options and 2 wheel drive. He insisted I tell him what options I would want if I could afford them. A couple of days later he sent me an email stating he had a 2012 Escape 4 wheel drive fully loaded in my price range. I thought for sure it was going to be another waste of my time. When I arrived, Jimmy was there to greet me with the vehicle already warmed up in front and ready to test drive. I loved the vehicle but was certain once we sat down to talk numbers the price would be through the roof. Jimmy was very reassuring telling me he was aware of my budget and didn't bring me there to waste my time. I have to say he was by far the most honest car dealer I have ever dealt with. He gave me straight answers on every question I had, where as most dealers tell you only what you want to hear. Too my surprise it was the smoothest transaction I have ever had, none of that back and forth he said she said like every other dealership. I felt bad because Jimmy was such a nice guy and had been so honest but I was ready to walk if they could not meet my price. I about had heart failure when he came back with the price they had quoted me and a more than fair price on my trade in. Everything went so smooth down to the last signature. Then after it was all said and done Jimmy went the extra mile. It was going on 10:00 PM. and I am fairly certain he was supposed to be off at 9:00 he sat there for another 45 min. going over every option on the vehicle, and did not leave until he was certain I had a full understanding of the vehicle. Then even called me at home a half hour later to see how my drive home was and if I had any questions. I couldn't be happier with my new Escape and the level of customer service I received. I would suggest to any one in the market for a new car at least giveing Ford Hyundai of Kirkland a chance, they match prices and you couldn't get better customer service anywhere. I am new to the US and was looking to lease a new Ford Focus. I started by asking for a quote through the Ford of Kirkland website. After a couple of days he called me back with a reasonable value, which we negotiated and agreed upon in a matter of minutes. The whole process took less than a week. A couple of phone calls and I was able to pick up the car. Jimmy was great, helping out on everything and checking in with me, even after the deal was done. He even arranged for someone to pick me up at my place and give me a ride to the dealership to pick up the car. Definitely recommended if you want an hassle free, quick and pleasant experience. More
Though I was unaware of it, my daughter was corresponding via email with Jimmy Davidson regarding a 2012 Mustang GT she was interested in buying for me (her dad). Since Kirkland Ford had the best inventory o via email with Jimmy Davidson regarding a 2012 Mustang GT she was interested in buying for me (her dad). Since Kirkland Ford had the best inventory of Mustangs and Mr. Davidson was willing to work with us, we made a visit to the dealership. After driving a Mustang GT and determining exactly what we wanted, Jimmy went the extra mile to locate and bring the car we ultimately purchased to his dealership. Jimmy was a pleasure to work with and provided every opportunity for us to be satisfied, not only with the car, which I am thoroughly enjoying, but with the dealership. I would highly recommend Jimmy and Kirkland Ford to anyone who desires a no-hassle purchase process. More
William Schornack was very friendly and our experience with him was exceptional. However, the Ford of Kirkland Service Department lied to us about the cars brakes. We were concerned about the brakes on with him was exceptional. However, the Ford of Kirkland Service Department lied to us about the cars brakes. We were concerned about the brakes on the vehicle, after we had taken the car to our mechanic who told us that the discs on the brake needed to be replaced and that it was a safety issue. The person in the Ford of Kirkland Service Department said that our mechanic was "crazy" (exact word) and that the brakes were fine and they would not fix them. Part of our deal that William Schornack arranged for us was to have required maintenance done by Mark's Japanese Auto (in Kirkland). While there we asked them to check the brakes for us. They agreed with our independent mechanic that they were a safety issue and strongly recommended we fix them. We could feel the brakes oscillate at speeds over 30 miles an hour. This repair cost us over $400. We do not trust Ford of Kirkland's Service Department and therefore recommend that no one use them; they put our family in danger. We wish William Schornack well for we do not blame him. He is not responsible for the Service Department's actions. More
We went to Hyundai of Kirkland while doing research on several cars we were looking at to purchase. The Santa Fe was one car that we wanted to look at. We met Don Rae. He was very helpful with information on the car and taking us for a lengthy test drive. He knew at the time, we were not purchasing but just in the looking mode. We went to several other dearlerships and did many test drives. We narrowed the search to two. We went back to Don Rae and again, he answered all our questions and graciously took us on another test drive. No pressure on the drive, just explaining the functions of the car. We then went back to the other dealership and test drove. After about 2months of decision making, we went back to Don Rae and again asked for another test drive. He was so gracious and so helpful. We decided then that the Santa Fe was the car we wanted, but they did not have the one we wanted on the lot. So Don put out a search for the car we wanted. No luck so he told us he would take care of us. Today we were delivered our new Santa Fe. Don met us at the dealership and explained everything to us. We then met with Mario, who also was a joy to work with. He too is very knowledgeable in his job. He explained all the warranties to us asked if we wished to purchase them. No pressure. Everything was explained in detail. The process was quick and we drove out very happy customers with our new Santa Fe. Thank you Don and Mario for making our experience in purchasing a new car easy and comfortable. More

I want to start off by saying that I NEVER fill out surveys. My experience in the last two days changed that. I stopped by the dealership and was greeted by K.P. I was then introduced to Greg ,who, in STARK contrast to the norm was open and upfront about everything... again, no slimey tricks, nothing but upfront great service. They made a price, showed me everything and made it happen. I came back today after telling EVERYONE I work with and EVERYONE on Facebook about what a great experience I had. Once the offer was in place I was guided through the financial part by ANOTHER open, honest employee Mario. Ivan helped explain the features of my car to me( syncing my cellphone with the car`s Bluetooth etc) and AGAIN, awesome service from him too. Now I realize this sounds like a scripted review but I`ll tell you this, I came in tonight to sign the paperwork and Mario was busy with a customer before me...so what did they do to serve me?? they foolishly challenged me to a game of ping-pong ( true story)... Greg will remember his lesson :-)Who in this day and age does that?? Who is that friendly and relaxed??? I`ll tell you who... the team of guys at Hyundai of Kirkland!!!! To the team at Hyundai of Kirkland, Thank you for making this an experience that made me drive home and get straight on the computer to write this review. I was taking care of from the minute I walked into the dealership being greeted and told the process from Jim Whalen. I would recommend working with this company to anyone. Erik as well made sure that I would get the price I could afford in order to make my experience successful.
