I communicated with Jimmy via email before going into the dealership. I had shopped around and done my homework so I knew I was getting a great deal. The sales team at Hyundai of Kirkland was very welcoming from the moment we drove into the lot. They came out of the dealership building to welcome us as we got out of the car. Rich then approached me and asked me what I was interested in and got me started test driving the models that I showed interest in. This was very different from the experience I had at some of the other dealerships where I test drove. One thing that I really liked was the he was very knowledgeable about different models when I asked questions, but didn't try and push more expensive models and vehicle styles on me. The test drive was easy and Rich was very good at directing me since I am not too familiar with that part of Kirkland, which I appreciated. I also like the fact that he was understanding when I told him that I wasn't ready to buy until I had done some comparison shopping. Once I returned to the dealership to make the purchase, negotiations and financing remained a smooth and friendly process. All in all, I am very pleased with the customer service at Hyundai of Kirkland and am enjoying my new Accent SE! More
On December 29, 2011, I stopped in to see about getting a 2012 Ford Focus. Nick Nicoloudakis greeted me at the door. A good sign--no waiting to get someone's attention. We went to his office so we could discuss what I was looking for. I wanted something smaller than my current car and easy to park, with good gas mileage, but still powerful enough to take on hilly streets. Nick let me test drive a hatchback first. It was easy to maneuver, and he found a hilly street nearby for me to try. The car worked great but didn't quite suit me, so we tried a sedan over the same route. Bingo! I found my car. Nick concentrated solely on getting me the car I wanted. I never felt pressured. He took me to the service department so I would know where to bring my car for maintenance. He also took the time after the sale to go over all the main features again and answer questions about how things work. I was introduced to several people at this dealership, and everyone was courteous and friendly. Something else I look for: the showroom and other areas of the building were clean. More
We were a USAA member seeking to buy a new Ford truck. We had selected several dealerships to choose from, however Kirkland Ford was our first and only stop. When we arrived, we were greeted by Kathy, who located the truck we were interested and made us feel at home while we waited for Jimmy Davidson. Jimmy greeted us and throughout the entire buying process was friendly, without pressure. He made sure the truck we were interested in was the truck for us. He professionally and personably guided us through the buying process. The truck we purchased had more options than we anticipated. The price negociations were handled smoothly and fairly. The trade-in value met our expectations. We traveled to Ford of Kirkland with our seven year-old daughter. Jimmy was practically family with her by the time we left. He was fun and courteous with her. We enjoyed buying a Ford from Ford of Kirkland and would recommend them to anyone. Everyone at Ford of Kirkland was friendly and helpful. Once we completed the buying process, Jimmy gave us a tour of the service department and made sure we were familiar with the Sync functions of our new truck. Thank you, Jimmy and Ford of Kirkland. The dealership, management and employees went above and beyond to provide an advertised price on a different Ford vehicle and provided assistance on getting all possible rebates. They worked with me on my trade and provided on-site assistance in making a lost title request after I was unable to obtain my title. After reviewing the paperwork regarding the trade-in I went back and the finance manager was more than accommodating in modifying the paperwork so that it more accurately reflected the date that the clear and free title of my trade-in would be available. Another sales manager had also called just to let me know there would be no issue with not having the title immediately available. With regards to quality of work, there were no issues from start to finish and as I mentioned the finance manager had already prepared the paperwork in the event I was not able to locate my title for the trade. At no point did I feel pressured and there were no games with pricing. This is a much different experience than what I have had in the past with other dealerships. I have already recommended this dealership, salesman and business manager to my family and friends. I was also impressed with the how efficiently the dealership managed all the customer traffic, even with the bad weather, the dealership was crawling with customers and how many vehicles were being sold. Arrived 1200 noon on Wednesday 28 December 2011. Raining. Was approached in the rain immedicatly by Nick Nicoloudakis. He inquired of he could help in anyway. He immediately paged Dan. It just so happened that this day turned out to be especially busy for Ford of Kirkland and Dan was not immediately available. Nick took my information and moved on it immediately. He located the Truck I was interested in and had it brought up for our inspection. He took the info on our trade-in and we negotiated an equitable amount for the trade and reviewed the price and incentives offered on the new truck. At all times, Nick was receptive to our concerns and we were comfortable and was never pressured. We were satisfied with the deal and drove off in a new F-150 Ecoboost Crew cab. Fantastic truck. Great service on behalf of Nick and Kevin in finance as well as Walley (contract approval manager.). Great job by all. More
I needed to replace my 04 Ford Ranger with 115,000 miles and a co-worker recommended Kirkland Ford. Financing was easy with some help from John Potts. After driving my new Ranger for 3 weeks I realized I needed more truck for my growing family. I called Todd Ireland and John Potts and headed down to Kirkland Ford again last month. Todd found me a beautiful 2011 Ford F-150 4x4 that was a perfect fit for my family and I. John Potts again helped me get the great financing and I drove home my new truck that night. I highly recommend the Kirkland Ford team as I got a great trade in, great discounts, excellent service and an awesome new Ford truck! More
