He never disparaged his competitive brands, but professionally compared his Hyundai product to the others we were considering. When it came to pricing, they provided a super price on the Elantra we were considering. We would not hesitate to send friends and family to Dennis and Hyundai of Kirkland. We did not buy a Hyundai in the end, but still believe it is a super car. It was just that another car fit our needs better. I went to buy a car on a snow-filled Sunday afternoon. I called ahead and Dennis, the salesman, had the car parked in the bay, free of snow and all ready for me to test drive. Dennis was incredibly knowledgeable of all of the features on my new Hyundai Tucson. He developed an instant repoire with me, not only on a personal level, but on a business level as well. He thoroughly explained to me everything I needed to know about the car before I pulled off of the lot and gave me his personal cell phone number and insisted that I call him anytime with any future questions I might have. The negotiation process was super easy and I felt I received a very fair price on the car. The Finance process was quick, and I felt that Mario did an amazing job at informing me about the various extended warranty options that were available to me. I usually don't purchase these extended warranties, but Mario offered me a great deal and really helped me understand the benefits of each. This was by far the most pleasant and the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. More
