When i walked into the showroom, I did not intend to buy, just look. Dan was so possitive about Hyundai cars that he sold my wife and I on an Accent. I came into Ford of Kirkland to look at a Ford Fiesta because I need a great gas mileage commuter car. My salesman told me about a great Lease opportunity for two Fiestas sitting on the lot! I had looked because I need a great gas mileage commuter car. My salesman told me about a great Lease opportunity for two Fiestas sitting on the lot! I had looked at Toyota, Mazda and Kia. For the money, the Ford deal was hands down the best! I can afford to buy the car but I really don't need to buy it for work errands. This lease option was incredible! We were done with the deal in about two hours and I drove away feeling happy and comfortable that I was treated exceptionally well! Car deals are usually long, drawn out deals where salesmen try to up sell everything. I was asked about the options available but not coerced and I really appreciated that! I am not new to buying cars and I felt that for once that was respected! This little car has all I need with a few bells and whistles I like but didn't need for example Sync, USB connectivity, and Sirius radio ready. I still have my Toyota Landcruiser and will continue driving it as my first love but believe that soon Ford will have a comparable car. Ford is stepping up their line of vehicles to compete, and Dan is so knowledgeable about the line that it made this experience truly simple! When I am ready for another car, I will call on Dan! More
Bought a new car from Ford of Kirkland today. I've been shopping for a while and they were, hands-down, the best deal out there. I've had some recent experience with "bait and switch" tactics where the pr shopping for a while and they were, hands-down, the best deal out there. I've had some recent experience with "bait and switch" tactics where the price quoted includes a bunch of rebates that no human qualifies for. There was NOTHING like that here. The price quoted was the price I paid. I was in and out with my new car faster than I've ever been. Todd was great to work with and everyone was very friendly. If you are shopping for a new car I would highly recommend giving them a look! More

I went into Ford of Kirkland looking to research a new car purchase. I am contemplating between the 2012 Ford Fusion Hybrid, and the 2013 model. I had hoped to get some information about the differences, and perhaps test drive the 2012 to see if I liked the feel of the Fusion overall. My wife and I drove on the lot today around 1pm, and while I saw what appeared to be salesmen on the grounds, none of them seemed to be very interested in helping me. We walked around several of the Fusions, making it clear we were looking for help. Then, we walked inside the showroom, and hovered around the Fusion there. Nobody even made eye contact with me, let alone ask if we needed any help. Finally, I had to grab a salesperson helping someone else, and ask him to find someone for us. To his credit, he spent a good five minutes trying to find someone to help me. When he finally dragged someone over, the guy couldn't make eye contact with me or my wife, couldn't answer any questions about the 2013 Fusion, and didn't offer to give me any information on the 2012. Instead, he looked on the Internet for information about the Fusion, then admitted he didn't know anything about it. He offered to call me when they got some in. I won't be answering. More
We bought a truck from this dealership in Jan 2012 and before we even made our first payment the truck was completely un-drivable. The clutch went out almost exactly 30 days from bringing the vehicle home before we even made our first payment the truck was completely un-drivable. The clutch went out almost exactly 30 days from bringing the vehicle home. It took the sales manager Scott 3 days and half a dozen messages to call us back and then refused to help with the cost of fixing the truck, because we did not purchase a warranty. And most warranties wouldn't have covered this type of issue anyway. Even though the clutch had to have been going bad at the time we purchased but was likely adjusted so it was not a noticeable at time of test drive. Per our mechanic. Ford of Kirkland thanks for selling us your problem and then not bothering to help or care. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!!! BUYER BEWARE. If i could give them negative stars i would. Terrible service, terrible attitude terrible business practices. Also found out that the bumper on the back of our truck was only held on with 2 out of 6 required screws. One entire side was completely un-attached. Thank goodness it didn't fall off on the freeway and kill someone. It seems that you maintain the vehicles you have for sale as well as you provide customer service. More

The price was right where we wanted to be and our son has been smiling ever since he drove off the lot in his wonderful new Hyundai! The sales manager, Greg was friendly and funny, all while doing his job and Mario in financing was very pleasant, thorough, efficient, and up front. I have purchased several cars in my lifetime but this was far and away the best and most pleasant experience. I have to add that I love that we were not stuck indoors for several hours. They wanted to get us in the car that we wanted to be in and that is a great feeling. If you are looking to buy a car...this is the place you want to go!! I can't wait to recommend this team to any and everyone I know in the market for a new OR used vehicle!! More
