I would strongly endorse Greg Dale if you are in the market for a new vehicle. He is straightforward, honest, and works quickly. I shopped several Seattle area Ford dealers to factory order a new Ford Edge. Unfortunately I found most of the salesmen I contacted to be high pressure, untrustworthy, and generally ignorant about the pr order a new Ford Edge. He was just the opposite, and made the experience of purchasing a new car pleasurable. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in a new Ford product. More

I was EXTREMELY cautious and hesitant in buying my first new car. Greg Dale is the man. Easy Peasy. Go see him. Now. He worked an incredible deal on exactly the car we wanted: a loaded Fusion Hybrid. He w new car. Greg Dale is the man. Easy Peasy. Go see him. Now. He worked an incredible deal on exactly the car we wanted: a loaded Fusion Hybrid. He was somehow able to convince a team of two very hesitant buyers (my wife and I) to buy a car on a day that we had VOWED NOT TO BUY A CAR ON... WITH NO PRESSURE!? Ford of Kirkland is a great outfit- we did not experience the stereotypical sales manager pitch or the barrage of "closers". We dealt only with Greg, and he patiently allowed us to take up his entire evening with our cautious decision. They gave us way more than what we wanted for our trade-in, in order to, as the sales manager later said (and I completely agree), "buy the sale". I don't know if they will appreciate me doing this, but it was a huge deal to me so I am going to share this part of my experience with other potential buyers. We test drove a Fusion Hybrid at another local dealership less than a week before contacting Greg. Not only did we have the stereotypical sales manager visit (although the salesman was very helpful), but their initial offer on my nice 2008 trade in was $5000.00 less than Ford of Kirkland's initial offer. I should also mention that the first Fusion Hybrid we test drove was not as fully loaded as the one we bought from Kirkland, and yet they were asking about $2000.00 more after they so generously came down from the MSRP. What more can I say: go to Ford of Kirkland and see Greg Dale.(although- everyone else there was extremely nice- even multiple salesmen played with our tired 6 yr old son and set up a nerf basketball hoop that he had noticed in another associate's office for him to play with in the showroom.) We were so grateful for the experience, I actually (at my wife's request) bought a basketball hoop for their showroom and drove it all the way out from Seattle as a token of our appreciation... while getting 40+ mpg, mind you.
