We approached the dealership regarding a trade-in of our 2008 Hyundai Elantra for a new 2013 Hyundai Tucson. Rich was very helpful and took a lot of initiative to discover our wants and needs in a new vehicle. Additionally, he was incredibly knowledgeable and informative about the vehicles, as well as the different financing options. To be honestly, what sold us on buying out new vehicle was Rich getting a prime trade-in value for our 2008 Hyundai Elantra and even getting a free remote car starter thrown into the purchase price of the new car. Overall, we were especially pleased with our experience in purchasing our new car and given the chance, we will be happy to give Hyundai of Kirkland our future business. More

I went to the dealer in Kirkland of Hyundai with one thing in mind. For the Elantra. I was greated promptly by Glenn Bravy. But Then I found out I kinda wanted the wireless Bluetooth in the vehicle. He let us test drive multiple cars to get the feel of the vehicle to insure if that is that car we wanted. I wanted a grey version of it.... but they didn't have one with that spec. But that was ok. I ended up with the red color. Over all first time buying a car he made me feel like my time was appreciated and valued. On top of that, he was such a gentleman and down to earth guy. I appreciate your help and that you are a very easy going guy to talk to. Hope you have a very successful career at the Kirkland of Hyundai. More

I was shopping for a used car and found one on the Internet this dealer had. They spent at least four hours with me trying to find a car they felt comfortable putting me for the price and payment I w Internet this dealer had. They had to work a bit to get me the financing I needed as well - on a Saturday! Even without a warranty, when I found an issue after getting home, they offered to have an offsite garage run diagnostics. It was a good thing, too. Now the problem is all fixed (I paid for the repairs - they paid for the diags) and we are good to go. The have restored my faith in the term, "customer service." More
