Buy a warranty (If you can't afford a warranty you can't afford the repairs) 3. Get the return policy in writing from the dealer before agreeing to the purchase. I purchased a new 2013 F150 pickup through Ford's fleet program. I was very impressed with the inventory and with Miles Padberg's help, was able to select the vehicle I wanted in under thrity minutes. I re program. I returned the next evening and Raleigh had completed the necessary paperwork before I arrived and I left the dealership in under thirty minutes, which included some personal instruction on the truck's features. It was such a pleasure working with Greg! I had a very "strict" budget and criteria that he had to work with to get me the car I was interested in. He was very understanding and positive and I never felt pressured or got a negative vibe from him the entire time we worked together. Unfortunately, a week and half after I bought the car, it overheated on my way back from Bellevue (to Kirkland). There was a pretty good coolant leak. I was very upset and emailed Greg about the issue. He was so great in making the whole situation right and insured that everything was covered by the dealership. Again, this really impressed me that he would work so hard (on his day off, by the way) to make sure this issue was taken care of in full by the dealership. Greg is great! I will definitely recommend him to any of my friends or family that may want to purchase a Ford or Hyundai in our area! Thanks so much Greg! More

My name is Robert R., I had been in the market for a Ford Truck for over a month now and was starting to feel I would never find what would be a great fit for me. Also, I had contacted just about every Deale Truck for over a month now and was starting to feel I would never find what would be a great fit for me. Also, I had contacted just about every Dealer in Western Washington it seem to where I could complete the questions for the sales people they would start to ask because they pretty much all asked the same questions. Being about to give up my son sent me a link to Ford of Kirkland and told me his friends claimed they were great to work with there. I visited the Website and saw a nice truck/price so I called Kirkland Ford, a sales person by the name of Jay Daly answered the phone. It was kind of different because Jay was listening to what I told him and not doing all the talking. I told Jay that I saw a 2010 Ford F-150 XLT on their Website and had some questions. I was impressed with Jay because he did not have canned questions/answers like all those other nice sales folks out there. Jay answered all but one of my questions but offered to find the answer and call me back. Jay called back and I liked what he shared so Jay invited me out to Kirkland. My brother and his wife came with me and we liked Jay right away he made us feel at home. The truck test drove perfectly and the price was right as well. I had expressed to Jay prior to coming out about where I wanted to be regarding the truck. Jay kept his word from test drive, Finance, and then some... (bumper to bumper) if you will and will refer others to Ford of Kirkland. I walked out of there feeling like we got a great deal, both sale and trade, and will be back to purchase a Ford Flex. John was also great in financing – very straightforward and a fast worker. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and I got the sense that they really enjoyed their jobs – seeing happy employees in a healthy work culture makes a big difference and as a customer, I felt that I benefited from that!
