I visited Hyundai of Kirkland service with my brand new 2021 Hyundai Sonata NLine. There is paint chipping and peeling on its trunk. Service advisor took pictures and documented the case. Since then I have called several times, left several voice mails, e-mailed several times, as well as contacted Hyundai Corporate for an update. It has been over three months since I visited their dealership for this warranty issue and I have not received one single response or reply as to the status and update of this very simple claim. I visited another Hyundai dealership in Seattle to try and get this issue remedied by someone that might actually know how to treat customers, but that dealership said that since the case is active with HOK, that I’d have to wait for them to resolve matters. I’ll never purchase a Hyundai from a local dealer again, that’s for sure. More

David was very pleasant to work with and he didn't pressure us into buying any accessories or upgrades we didn't already want. When it came to financing, David gave us several options for down payment and loan duration based on our input, and he didn't try to steer us in any direction.
