Soon as I walked up to the front of Hyundai of Kirkland I was greeted by a very nice, friendly Sales rep named Kathryn Young. Kathryn made me feel very comfortable at "Hyundai of Kirkland" which was a first at any dealership for me. Through the whole car buying process, Kathryn gave more than 100% customer service and I couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you Hyundai of Kirkland and especially Kathryn Young for Providing a awesome perception change from the stereotypical "Blood thirsty " Sales reps who careless about you and just want to sell a car, to a Genuine, Honest, personable Sales rep. We have just this morning finished purchasing a used car for our son, Douglas Dixon, with the help of Todd Ireland, at Ford of Kirkland. Doug had only so much to spend, and with Todds help we were able to negotiate a fair price for everyone. We have been customers of this dealership for many years, and intend to return whenever we have a need for service or a different car. And we certainly will look forward to working with Todd again. Dan Lozott (Internet Manager) spent over 4 hours with me over 2 visits to the dealership, inclusive of staying 2 hours late to process the purchase paperwork and to show me how to operate the Sync system an over 2 visits to the dealership, inclusive of staying 2 hours late to process the purchase paperwork and to show me how to operate the Sync system and other features of the vehicle. Dan described their Internet Pricing philosophy and quickly researched the new car inventory via the computer to show me what was in stock and all the options on the various vehicles. There was no pressure to purchase, Dan just gave me all the stats/specs/information so that I could make an informed decision. Even though the vehicle did not have one of the options I was looking for, the low Ad price was too good to pass up. The Ad price was thousands less than MSRP. I'll use a portion of the savings to pay for a local aftermarket installer to add the equipment. Dan answered all my questions and everything concerning the transaction was transparent, no surprises.
