My experience with Dan Lozott and Ford of Kirkland was positive in every way. I used the internet to determine the trim level of the Expedition I had decided upon and found a particular car there. Upon contacting the dealer, Dan responded very quickly about the vehicle and that yes, it was still available and in the current inventory. Dan gave me his hours for the next couple days; and thus I arrived that same day on Friday late afternoon. Dan was available as promised and was with me from initial introduction to the Expedition, locating it, driving it...thru price negotiation to final delivery after cleanup/detailing for release.....close to 9pm. He and of course Ford of Kirkland was very willing to talk prices; never coldly rebuffed any offer but was willing to demonstrate what more they or I would have to do to come to an agreement. Upon agreeing, Dan then provided some extra time to introduce me to the Navigation and Sync systems...and last but not least..help me unload all my personal items from my trade in. I will certainly, and have already, again recommended Dan and Ford of Kirkland to others. I bought my F-150 there about 9 years ago, returned for this purchase of the Expedition and will no doubt be back for the next vehicle many years down the road. More
Jimmy responded to my inquires in a timely and professional manner. He went through the hassle to take pictures of the new inventory and email to me right away. Setting up an appointment with him was easy and it accommodated my busy schedule. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle. He showed us the highlights and was also honest about small imperfections. However we did not feel any pressure during the test driving and term negotiation. Everything was a breeze. Two hours later, we drove the Beetle home. This is our 5th car and one of the best experiences so far. I would recommend Jimmy and Ford/Hyundai dealer to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. They certainly add a lot of value to the neighborhood. More

I went in to get rear axel seals for my Explorer. I did not get the parts lady's name that I dealt with, but when I told her what I needed she asked if I knew whether the differential was open or limted sl not get the parts lady's name that I dealt with, but when I told her what I needed she asked if I knew whether the differential was open or limted slip. I told her that I did not know but I had an exploded diagram of the differential with the part that I needed. She glanced at it and then pushed it away saying that it didn't do her any good so she would find out if it made any difference on the seal size. She determined that it didn't, but the whole time that I was standing there she made it seem like I was intruding on her. This may have been due to the fact that I came in at lunch time and she may have been eating, but her role as a service professional should make her realize that many people like me take their lunch as an opportunity to run errands. It ended up that there was only one seal in stock and I needed two, and the price was higher than I could get online. I would have bought the one and then ordered the other but her attitude towards me made up my mind. I am hoping that this is not a recurring theme as I have an '04 Explorer, a '99 Superduty 7.3, an '02 Escort ZX2 and a 1967 Mustang that I will need parts for as I do my own maintenance. I love my Ford's and hope that the experience I have next time is much better. *UPDATE: I have since been contaced by Parts/Service Manager Mike Cervera twice and he has apologized on behalf of Shannon, who I dealt with initially. They have made an effort to make ammends, and I appreciate that. I have kept my review the same in order to make clear that the experience was still unacceptable and that they can still strive for better service. Reviews like this that are made based on actual experience make the business better if they indeed care about thier reviews, which Ford Hyundai of Kirkland has shown. I wish no ill will and intend to use them in the future, and look forward to a much better experience. More
