She patiently answered all of our questions, and when she wasn't 100% sure of a specific detail of the (brand new model) vehicle we were looking at, she didn't try to fake her way through it (as far too many at other companies had done during our hunt). She didn't hesitate to look up the answers on her phone. With her help, we chose the vehicle we felt fit our needs best, and when they didn't have that specific combination on their lot, she was able to find one nearby. She actually took a big chunk of the day driving to that dealership to get the car back to Kirkland for us. That is literally going the extra mile for us! Thanks Alison and Hyundai of Kirkland! More
Service department is not very helpful and they ( including the Service Manager does not return phone calls as promised nor does the service advisors. I would NEVER recommend anyone to this dealership because of their lackadaisical attitudes. Also your site could really list the GM so they can get this managed and situation under control. I’ve been bringing my 2019 Hyundai in to fix the oil consumption issues as well as a bad catalytic converter and O2 sensor issues because of the oil consumption for about 6 months and still nothing has been done to fix my issues. I recently visited Hyundai of Kirkland with the intention of looking at and test driving a new car as I was narrowing down my next car purchase after completing lots of research. Past experiences at car dealerships had left me dreading the process, expecting pushy sales tactics and an overall unpleasant time. However, my visit to Hyundai of Kirkland was nothing like that. From the moment I walked in, Anthony Karymsakov in sales made a remarkable impression. He took the time to thoroughly show me the car, patiently answered all my questions, and allowed me to test drive it without a hint of pressure. Anthony's friendly demeanor and professionalism were refreshing and immediately put me at ease. After spending time with Anthony, I was introduced to Joey Koch, the Sales Manager. Joey also guided me through the sales process with the same no-pressure approach, ensuring that I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. I left the dealership to discuss the decision with my husband, feeling no rush or urgency. By the end of the day, after visiting another local Hyundai dealership, we were back at Hyundai of Kirkland purchasing the car. These guys do decent work but they cant communicate tried to get ahold of a tech for 4 days (+2 over weekend but service doesn't work weekend) Told me my car would be ready Friday and the following Tuesday to get ahold of a tech for 4 days (+2 over weekend but service doesn't work weekend) Told me my car would be ready Friday and the following Tuesday they said it wouldn't be ready for another 2 weeks. Which isn't a problem under normal circumstances but when i tried to go in to get a loner there wasn't anyone who could even give me keys so now they left me up a creek with out a paddle. normally i don't wright reviews but this service was so abysmal compared to previous times. google wont let me 0 star but I wish I could Update. Today (June 19th) I spoke with David. Who explained to me how they were doing everything that they could to get me a loaner car. He asked me when I could be in to receive it. I replied that I would not be able to until sometime after 5 today. He replied that might be a problem. To which I said you didn't contact me for days and this wouldn't be a problem if you texted me on Friday when I asked. He then told me about how they were short staffed and people were out sick. To which I said something to the extent of "are you f*king kidding me". To which he said "that's not how we communicate". In my opinion was a very condescending tone. And yes that is the problem that they didn't communicate. He then threatened "I can refuse service to you, you know." on a warranty part that they didn't fix the first time. And yes that's also a problem cause they didn't touch my car. So I asked if it was drivable. He said he didn't know. And Tuesday (yesterday) they said they didn't touch it. So he most likely didn't have a file or report pulled up when talking to me. Then said he would call me back. He did said it would be an additional 3 to 4 weeks to get it fixed. I asked some stuff about warranty and said I would be picking it up today to take it somewhere else. To whomever replied to my post I appreciate it. But at a certain point I have to draw a line of what I will put up with. I don't want to take anyone time off work as I work in a machine shop and don't want to leave them short staffed. More
