With her help, we chose the vehicle we felt fit our needs best, and when they didn't have that specific combination on their lot, she was able to find one nearby. Service department is not very helpful and they ( including the Service Manager does not return phone calls as promised nor does the service advisors. I would NEVER recommend anyone to this dealership because of their lackadaisical attitudes. Also your site could really list the GM so they can get this managed and situation under control. I’ve been bringing my 2019 Hyundai in to fix the oil consumption issues as well as a bad catalytic converter and O2 sensor issues because of the oil consumption for about 6 months and still nothing has been done to fix my issues.
