I bought a car and on the way home I found the drivers door does not lock as well as a couple features on the control panel. Contacted my sales person he said he would get back to me and I have been ghost door does not lock as well as a couple features on the control panel. I figure least he could get me in and get it fixed I understand as is but a couple hours is a little ridiculous in my opinion. More
Eric Tyukalo, the service manager at the service center is very condescending, doesn't respect your time and talks as if he's doing mankind a service by "doing" a job you're paying him for! Hyundai of Kirkland was great! Specifically, our salesperson Alison was so helpful. She patiently answered all of our questions, and when she wasn't 100% sure of a specific detail Specifically, our salesperson Alison was so helpful. She patiently answered all of our questions, and when she wasn't 100% sure of a specific detail of the (brand new model) vehicle we were looking at, she didn't try to fake her way through it (as far too many at other companies had done during our hunt). She didn't hesitate to look up the answers on her phone. With her help, we chose the vehicle we felt fit our needs best, and when they didn't have that specific combination on their lot, she was able to find one nearby. She actually took a big chunk of the day driving to that dealership to get the car back to Kirkland for us. That is literally going the extra mile for us! Thanks Alison and Hyundai of Kirkland! More
Service department is not very helpful and they ( including the Service Manager does not return phone calls as promised nor does the service advisors. I would NEVER recommend anyone to this dealership because of their lackadaisical attitudes. Also your site could really list the GM so they can get this managed and situation under control. I’ve been bringing my 2019 Hyundai in to fix the oil consumption issues as well as a bad catalytic converter and O2 sensor issues because of the oil consumption for about 6 months and still nothing has been done to fix my issues. Past experiences at car dealerships had left me dreading the process, expecting pushy sales tactics and an overall unpleasant time. However, my visit to Hyundai of Kirkland was nothing like that. From the moment I walked in, Anthony Karymsakov in sales made a remarkable impression. He took the time to thoroughly show me the car, patiently answered all my questions, and allowed me to test drive it without a hint of pressure. Anthony's friendly demeanor and professionalism were refreshing and immediately put me at ease. After spending time with Anthony, I was introduced to Joey Koch, the Sales Manager. Joey also guided me through the sales process with the same no-pressure approach, ensuring that I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way.
