I have been searching for a car for almost two years off and on and have dealt with a lot of car salesmen. Until now, it has not been a great experience. My daughter will be turning 16 in less than a year and I know exactly where I'll be coming to buy her a "USED" car! More

I dropped my brand new Hyundai off to have an option installed by the service department. The service rep was great and very professional, I had arranged to get another car while mine was being serviced installed by the service department. I had to wait for someone from the rental car place to come pick me up and take me back to office to do the paperwork for the car, okay no big deal I didn't have to wait that long. Then I get in the car with the driver and the ordeal started. I was just about in fear for my life the way this guy was driving, not necessarily fast, but all over the road into other lanes, etc. Then we get to the rental office, and only one guy is working behind the counter, had to wait way too long to get the car, then I have to give my credit card for a deposit. I thought this was supposed to be a loaner car? I return the car to the dealership as instructed after my service was complete and then a couple days later I noticed a $38 charge on my credit card. Some loaner car program!! UPDATE: The dealer without any prompting from me (other than this review) sent me a check refunding my $38. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. In hindsight it probably was not the dealerships fault as much as the rental car company. Maybe they should look at partnering with a different company. At any rate I would definitely reccomend Cherokee Hyundai to anyone interested in buying a car! More

I highly reccomend Cherokee Hyundai and Jimmie Bracken. Jimmie was very professional, listened to what I wanted and was not at all pushy. He was very knowledgable about the product and if he did not know Jimmie was very professional, listened to what I wanted and was not at all pushy. The dealership honored my price from USAA car buying service wihout any questions and when they didn't have the exact car I wanted, they went out and found one for me and I picked it up the next day. This was by far the best experience I have had buying a car. More

We were so impressed with Mr. Robertson. He didn't pressure us, he really cared about the type of vehicle we needed and worked very hard to provide exactly what we were looking for. Jimmie was by far the best. I had been to a few dealerships before making my way to Cherokee Hyundai. The says persons I ran into were not only pushy but didnt seem to know much about the product o dealerships before making my way to Cherokee Hyundai. He listened and went over and beyond in my opinion. He paired me up with my 2nd Hyundai Accent. I felt very comfortable and honesty didnt feel as though he was just after the sale.
