I had checked out Hyundai on the U.S. News Cars report. They showed nearby dealers and H. of Greeley had a lot of great deals, some 10 percent below the MSRP. Sheridan Steinmetz contacted me via email, my preferred method, and set up an appt. (working around my covid concerns.) Brandon with the finance dept was also a great help. She was great to work with, very patientand avoided the high pressure sales or trying to talk us into something. She explained the dealership is a family concern with a close knit group of people. They see their cars as a way to help people, not just make a living. And I got my 10% less MSRP so I feel great about my deal. More

Josh with Hyundai was fantastic!! I had been shopping for a few months and Josh stayed in contact with me and never gave up on selling me a Palisade. He got back to me almost immediately every time I had a q a few months and Josh stayed in contact with me and never gave up on selling me a Palisade. He got back to me almost immediately every time I had a question. He never got frustrated or thought I wasn’t serious ( a mistake a lot of his competitors made). Once the deal was made, he had everything ready when I got there. The fastest experience I’ve ever had purchasing in a dealership. The finance manager (although a little moody) was great and didn’t bother pushing all the crap they normally try to shove down your throat. The sales manager was great too. He came out after everything was done and talked with me for a while and just helped to end the experience on a high note. Again, I can’t say enough how great of a salesman (more like advisor) Josh was. He really made my first purchase with Hyundai a great one! If you’re looking for a new Hyundai, come in and see the guys at Hyundai Of Greeley, you won’t regret it! More
Terrible customer service So disappointed in the customer service at Greeley Hyundai. I was hoping it would be worth my time to go all the way to Greeley instead of the Lovelan So disappointed in the customer service at Greeley Hyundai. I was hoping it would be worth my time to go all the way to Greeley instead of the Loveland dealership but it was not. My first issue was the sales person Josh. When turning in my Hyundai lease I felt like I barely saw him, let alone the long waiting periods he put us through. They just assumed we would buy another vehicle from them (did not ask if we wanted to buy a vehicle from them) so we had to navigate that confusion when we first got there. We mainly talked to the finance person trying to sell us another Hyundai. It was quickly translated we did not want another Hyundai so they proceeded to sell us their uncertified Subaru Forester, which no one told us it was uncertified. I felt like there was no transparency with anyone at the dealership. There was no talk of returning my lease or what that entails for the first 2 hours, minimum. Second issue was the duplicate key. Josh stated that he would mail the additional key to me or I can come pick it up. No word from him the same day we purchased the used Forester. I texted the next day and asked for an update. He stated he has a manager looking into it. No word from him in over a week so I call and text asking for an update. He texted back quoting a price for me to at a different dealership that I could pay if I wanted another key made. A couple days later I try calling and leaving a message to Josh but he does not answer. He instead texts me back instead of calling back. Another representative, Deb, calls me back saying Josh is busy with a “line of customers” even though he had just texted me back less then a minute before. The frustration has already set in. I try to describe all the issues with this used 2018 Forester to Deb and she said that’s the risk of buying used. Not the answer I wanted to hear from where I just made a big purchase that I am not satisfied with. Not the customer service I wanted to receive from this so called great dealership. Deb also stated she would text me with more information concerning either purchasing another Hyundai or returning this Forester. Why did I expect to get an answer in the same day from this dealership? Still waiting for a solution for my car and for the additional key situation I was promised... More
Great experience I called Josh to let him know we were coming in to purchase our leased Tuscon.
