Unlike any car buying experience - ever! We met Scott at the dealership when we went to pick up a friend who had dropped his car off for service. Our interest for a new Hyundai was piqued as our friend (a lifelong devotee of BMW and Mercedes) had proclaimed that his new Hyundai was one of the best cars he'd ever owned. We were casually looking at a particular model and Scott offered useful, impressive advice. he was extremely low pressure and practical. As we weren't in a position to negotiate that day, Scott suggested that we do our homework and look at the various features on the car to determine what would work for us - not to "over purchase" but to target our needs. That alone was enough to convince us that this was the salesman we wanted to work with - honest, practical and low pressure. We ultimately returned to by a car on 5/27. It was the most seamless transaction we. have ever had with a car purchase, taking less than 90 minutes start to finish. We are lifelong devotees of Lexus and Toyota and were actually in the market for a new Toyota mini-van, but our new Hyundai and the prospect of service and maintenance with a no-nonsense, customer oriented dealership just reinforces that we have made the perfect decision. Highly, highly recommend the car, the dealership and Scott Adeler as an efficient, knowledgeable, honest, salesman with empathy for and dedication to customers he respects and understands More

Poor customer service, specially if you are a women The first issue I encountered is that the website was not up to date. It stated the car had a mileage of 7, whereas it actual had 7000+ miles on it. H The first issue I encountered is that the website was not up to date. It stated the car had a mileage of 7, whereas it actual had 7000+ miles on it. His response should have been to politely ask for car’s website link instead of implying the customer was wrong. When asked if I can get a better deal on it since the website’s price has not been updated to match the new mileage, he starts asking me personal questions of where I worked, what my salary was, my country of origin and his comments on my age were very inappropriate. He also made me feel as if being a young female purchasing a car on my own wasn’t something I could manage. This whole experience was not the right way to treat a customer. The second issue is that Mr. Adeler did not have much knowledge on the specifications of the car. When asked questions such as if the car had a proximity sensor for the trunk, instead of looking up the information, he just said he didn’t know such little details but only the major things. More

I've worked with Marcus in the past and he really took care of my family and I and he's very knowledgeable. My salesmen Josh and Justin know what they are doing and seemed to know more than Wes. I will not come back to Hyundai of Greeley while Wes is there regardless if I work with Marcus/ Josh/Justin More
