Service agent said that it would take about an hour to complete service repair. 90 minutes went by and I had to go and find him to ask why it was taking so long. About 3 hours later I called to find out what was going on. I asked for my rep and all I got was his voicemail, nobody else there could help me. I needed my car for an appointment that afternoon. I got a ride to the dealership and my car was sitting there ready to go. Very poor communication with me regarding the situation with my car. More

The service area has appeared to have changed dramatically from what O’Brien Hyundaihad. It seems to be as efficient but I cannot tell until I have returned a couple more times. Went for oil change and tire rotation balance plus put on computer for diagnostics. Almost 3 hrs passed and they’re just taking it in! They changed my oil but never touched tires or diagnostics. You wasted half my day and didn’t even do half the work. And this is second appt because Sunday prior was even worse. Used to love the place now it’s gone so for downhill I will probably look elsewhere. Third vehicle I bought there was happy until the sale. Now it’s horrible dealership. I had heard others complain and I defended you. Now I understand they were right and I was wrong. More
