The dealership is easy to access from my home. The service was scheduled for 2PM, and I was checked in soon after arrival. I elected to wait in the service waiting room, and it was comfortable. The service was completed in an acceptable time frame, and I left for home shortly thereafter. Upon arriving home, I realized that I must have dropped my reading glasses at the dealership, so I immediately called the reception person, explained the problem and she began looking. She indicated that she found them, someone had found them, turned them in and they were put in a drawer with my name on them. I could not get back there on that day, so I went yesterday - the 28th, and quickly picked them up. A Service Advisor was there at the Cashiers counter, told him my name and the circumstances. He looked in the drawer and retrieved the glasses which had my name. I told him I was truly grateful for whoever had turned them in, along with the Reception person that located them. Took my car in for routine service….OFL, tire rotation, 50 point inspection. Greeted warmly when I pulled up. Stayed inside and waited only an hour for everything to be taken care of. Absolute the worst service department I've ever dealt with, too my car in for service on 3/9/21, was getting my oil changed, new tires put on, sunroof repaired and clutch looked at as it is making a weir with, too my car in for service on 3/9/21, was getting my oil changed, new tires put on, sunroof repaired and clutch looked at as it is making a weird noise, well I got the tires installed and think the oil was changed (I paid for it) but there was no service sticker on my windshield, I was told my sunroof couldn't be repaired because they didn't have the bolts needed to fix it, I was to receive a call when bolts came in. Fast forward 2 weeks and still haven't received a call from service dept, so I called them, 1st time I got disconnected so I called back, this time I get transferred to 4 different people until I reach the service department manager, he set me an appt for today 3/29/21 at 7a.m. by noon I still haven't heard from anyone in service so I called to check the status of my car, no one could give me any info dais my service agent was on lunch and he was left a message to call me when he got back, well come 2pm I still haven't heard from anyone so I call back again, this time I get the manager again who informs me the bolts needed to fix my sunroof still weren't in (2 weeks later) I said what do you mean? If the bolts weren't in why did you schedule me an appt to come in to hand my sunroof fixed today? He said my service advisor Charles Santana was suppose to call me this morning to let me know but of course no one called. This place wasted my time and cost me a day off work for no reason, I would not recommend anyone outside their manufacture warranty not to use O'Brien Hyundai or Ft. Myers More
