My sales agent was great and customer service meets industry standards. My only gripe was the auto pay enrollment for the auto loan on my car. Luckily you can cancel before your first auto payment and enroll directly with your loan provider. More

Way more words than 15 to explain my displeasure in the service. Brought my car in to have a horn replaced asked to please check the left rear tire as it was continuously losing air. Also asked to check the starter because when I tried to start the car, there is a pause and then it goes. Service got too busy to call, and didn’t respond until the next day let me know the car was ready Only because I have the extended warranty and had to pay the deductible was I able to keep replacing a horn under $500? Comment was the way they design now upside down they sometimes fail. I indicated I thought that was very poor engineering then what about the tire? The answer was oh we put air didn’t check anything else He asked if he could take it back in the shop and check it out again now The car tire had a nail in it and had to be repaired at another shop at another time Not one comment regarding the starter what was going on there? Three different preventative maintenance that you would recommend that had nothing to do with the problem More

The staff at Fort Myers Hyundai dealership are always very pleasant and accommodating. The service to my car is always excellent. Chloe was AMAZING! I have had a lot of trouble with this facility & I had to take it in for a recall. If it was my choice, I would’ve gone somewhere else.
