We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Our service greeter explained what would happen,about how long it takes where to wait. He even helped take our walkers out of car. It was our cars year check up and everything was smooth. A very nice sales adviser Elijah Rivera helped us change our address in Nav since this 80 year old is not good on these things he was very patient with us. Everyone was wonderful. The only thing I am mad at myself for not getting white touch up paint for little nicks,we were so happy with everything we forgot. I’ll call to see how to order. Be proud of your employees, they are wonderful. More
This is the first time I’ve had a late appointment. Took a while for them to check my car in. Once they did, I went inside I could not see where the waiting area was and went back outside. In the past, someone would come out and let me know my car is done however this time they called me three times and I don’t answer calls. I don’t know who’s calling. They finally left me a message. I went in and stood there for a minute or two and one of the guys at the counters asked me if I needed help , I told him I got a call that my car was ready. This was definitely the worst customer service I’ve ever received at this dealership. I guess because it was the end of the day my oil change was completed in a half hour or less However, no discussion with anyone if there were any other issues found. More

The first time I went there for the recall 251, which was an appointment made by the dealership and they did not have the part required. I got a text message later saying the parts were in. I called and ta an appointment made by the dealership and they did not have the part required. I got a text message later saying the parts were in. I called and talked to maintenance and made an appointment for 8 am on August 22, 2024 I was told by the person I talked to that the appointment was all set. When I got to the dealership there was no record of my appointment. Representative Jonathan Bickel was very courteous and got my vehicle serviced and glad the recalled part has been installed.
