Made appointment for a couple of recalls, took the day off work and left car for them to fix. They called later in day to inform me they did not have the parts. Quality of the work was not as expected. I did set the appointment for a simple oil change for my daughter’s car then a few days after I start to notice oil stains in my driveway. Finally ov I did set the appointment for a simple oil change for my daughter’s car then a few days after I start to notice oil stains in my driveway. Finally over the weekend I was able to get under the car and found out the technician double stack the oil filter gasket. This vehicle has a brand new engine installed by the dealership and this was the first service done on it. Took me less than a minute to realize the mistake but late enough to have lots of oil stains in my driveway and all the bottom of the engine and transmission wet with oil. Totally unacceptable. A technician should check his job every time. More
