The dealership in Ft Myers only looks at how to generate more money, not helping a new car owner with issues. My car is under the new car warranty and they charge for taking out a leaf that was causing th more money, not helping a new car owner with issues. My car is under the new car warranty and they charge for taking out a leaf that was causing the AC to make noises. $230 to take a leaf out of the AC unit. A two minute job. Not only that, the technician took my personal home keys that were in a separate area of the car. I noticed when I arrived home. I had to drive from Estero back to the dealership to pick them up. Why would a technician take my personal house keys when the key fob is what starts the car. This is not my first terrible experience with this dealership. For now on I'll use the Naples dealership. More
