Service writer needs to be more organized my car was ready sitting outside and he never came to tell me so I went and asked someone else for my car. And when we went to my service writer desk it was a m ready sitting outside and he never came to tell me so I went and asked someone else for my car. And when we went to my service writer desk it was a mess keys and service orders all over he must have hat at least 10 sets of key to people cars that are ready and he no where to be found. More

Perhaps you've heard this suggestion before regarding the waiting room with the TV. It would be a more comfortable wait time if there were shades or some type of sun blocker on the windows. Sitting in the sun was very hot. And it was hard to see the TV screen due to the glare from the windows. More
