Known Recall service NOT ABLE TO BE PERFORMED. No parts ordered until VIN verified. So the ENTIRE visit was a waste of MY TIME to have a person at the dealership just confirm the VIN!!!!!!! I ASSURE YOU, I will not spend ANY money any longer with Hyundai. I was planning on purchasing a Palisade soon as my next vehicle, but I am now investigating different vehicles after realizing that Hyundai treats customers this way. More
